بحران هسته ای کره شمالی و پیامدهای منطقه ای و بین المللی آن

بحران هسته‌ای کره‌شمالی از آنجا آغاز شد که در اوایل دهه 90 با فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی و پایان جنگ سرد، نظام کمونیستی استالینیستی کره‌شمالی یکی از مقتدرترین حامیان خود را از دست می‌دهد. این کشور به عنوان آخرین مرز جنگ سرد در کانون استراتژی‌های خصمانه آمریکا قرار می‌گیرد. لذا کره‌شمالی برای مقابله با تهدیدات آمریکا و افزایش امنیت خود به سمت دستیابی به سلاح هسته‌ای حرکت می‌کند و در نهم اکتبر 2006 اولین آزمایش هسته‌ای خود را انجام می‌دهد. این آزمایش هسته‌ای مسلما بر معادلات منطقه و بین الملل تاثیرگذار بوده و سیاست قدرتهای بزرگ را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. مقاله حاضر در پی پاسخ به این سوالات است که رویکرد کشورهای آمریکا، چین و روسیه نسبت به این بحران چه بوده است؟ و دیگر اینکه بحران هسته‌ای کره شمالی چه پیامدهایی برای منطقه و بین‌الملل داشته است؟ مقاله پیش‌رو درصدد است براساس واقع‌گرایی ساختاری فرایند حرکت کره‌شمالی به سمت هسته‌ای شدن و همچنین رویکرد هریک از کشورهای آمریکا، چین و روسیه را نسبت به این بحران بررسی کرده، و تاثیری که این بحران بر امنیت منطقه و بین‌الملل داشته و خواهد داشت، را مورد توجه قرار دهد و در ادامه نیز به آینده بحران و نقش قدرتهای بزرگ در حل و فصل آن پرداخته ‌شود. لازم به ذکر است که روش پژوهش براساس روش تحلیلی مقایسه ای می باشد

North Korean crisis and its International and Regional Implications

The North Korean crisis began since early 1990s with the collapse of Soviet Union and the end of the cold war when the StalinistCommunist regime of North Korea lost one of its most powerful supporters. This country lies as the last frontier of the cold war in the centre of hostile strategy of America. Thus, North Korea chose to move towards achieving nuclear weapons in order to counter the American threats and increase its security, and it launched its first nuclear test in October 9th, 2006. This nuclear test has definitely affected the international as well as regional equations and the policies of great powers. The present research work is an attempt to address these questions as to what are the policies USA, Russia and China towards this crisis? And what consequences have the North Korean crisis brought about at the international and regional levels? The theoretical framework of this article is based on Structural Realism and it seeks to analyze the North Korean process for becoming a nuclear power as well as the policies of America, Russia and China towards this crisis. It also considers the impact of this crisis on the international and regional security and the future of this crisis and the role of international powers in resolving it. This research work is based on analyticalcomparative method
