بحران سوریه: ابهام استراتژیک آمریکا و فرصت‌طلبی روس‌ها

امروزه سوریه تجبه‌گر شرایطی است که استعداد تبدیل‌شدن به یک واقعیت روزمره در دیگر سرزمین‌های منطقه را به‌شدت دارا است. ناتوانی دولت مرکزی برای تامین امنیت مرزها و نظم داخلی، یکه‌تازی جنگ‌جویان مسلح غیربومی در گستره کشور، مبارزه گروه‌های متعدد نظامی با یک‌دیگر و دولت مرکزی، دخالت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم کشورهای منطقه به دلایل گوناگون در روند حیات در سرزمین سوریه و دخالت همه‌جانبه قدرت‌های بزرگ برای شکل‌دادن به جنگ داخلی قوام‌یافته جزو لاینفک و انکارناپذیر اوضاع در سوریه است. سوال مطرح شده معطوف به این است که عناصر حیات‌بخش بحران چه هستند. درهم فروریزی ظرفیت‌های بروکراتیک و نظامی دولت سوریه، حضور فعال بازیگران منطقه‌ای به‌ویژه عربستان در سوریه در کسوت جنگ‌های نیابتی با یک‌دیگر از طریق مسلح‌کردن وتامین مالی گروه‌های معارض، ابهام استراتژیک در نزد آمریکا وفرصت‌طلبی روس‌ها بن‌مایه‌های بحران کنونی هستند.

Syrian Crisis: Regional and Grate Powers

Nowadays, Syria is experiencing conditions which have the susceptibility to become a routine reality in region`s other countries. Undeniable facts regarding situation in Syria are: the central government`s inability to provide border security, presence of nonnative armed rebels throughout the country fight of the various and different groups with each other’s and central government, direct and indirect interference by the regional powers based on different reasons in Syria and total interference of great powers in order to shape the outcomes of the civil war. The article`s question is what are the Elements which have shaped the crisis? The essential components of the present situation are as follow: the collapse of bureaucraticmilitary capacities of Syrian government, the active presence of the regional powers especially the Saudi Arabia in the position of proxy wars against each other’s by giving equipments and financial support to opposing groups, America`s strategic ambiguity and opportunism by the Russians.
