نقش افزایش قدرت منطقه‌ای ایران در سیاست‌گذاری شورای همکاری خلیج فارس: 2015– 2005

شورای همکاری خلیج فارس از مهم­ترین سازمان­های منطقه­ای در محیط منطقه­ای ایران است و سیاست­های ایران همواره نقش مهمی در جهت­گیری­ها و اهداف شورا داشته است. مقاله حاضر سعی کرده است با واکاوی سیاست­های این سازمان بر اساس تحولات خاورمیانه و تئوری واقع­گرایی روابط بین­الملل، به این سوال پاسخ دهد که افزایش قدرت منطقه­ای ایران چه نقشی در شکل­دهی و تعیین سیاست­ها و الگوهای رفتاری شورا طی 20152005 داشته است؟ یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که با تحولات بوجود آمده در خاورمیانه طی این سال­ها که اعضای این سازمان، آن را به منزله افزایش ضریب نفوذ و قدرت منطقه­ای ایران تلقی کرده‌اند و راهبرد دفاعی مبتنی بر بازدارندگی در قالب راهبرد امنیت به­هم پیوسته، افزایش توان نظامی و پیشرفت­های هسته‌ای ایران، الگوهای رفتاری شورا را به دگرگونی در ساختار داخلی، تغییر توازن قوا و پیگیری سیاست اتحاد و ائتلاف در سطح منطقه‌ای و افزایش مناسبات با غرب به‌ویژه  ایالات متحده سوق داده است. این مقاله با روش تحقیق تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای سعی در بررسی این موضوع دارد.

The role of Iran’s regional strength in Persian Gulf cooperation council policies: 2005 2015

Persian Gulf cooperation council is one of the most important of regional organization in Iran’s regional environment and Iran’s regional policies always have important role in its objectives and orientations. The present paper tries to explore Persian Gulf cooperation council policies in frame of Middle East new transformation and realism theory in international relations¡ apply this main question that “what was the role of Iran’s regional strength in shaping and determining policies and behavior methods of Persian Gulf cooperation council in 20052015? the main findings of the paper illustrate that with the middle East Current transformations in these years that member of the GCC deemed to have as increase in Iran’s penetration rate and regional power and emphasis on the defense strategy of the deterrence in term of integrated security strategy¡ increasing military power and nuclear advances¡ is shaped Persian gulf cooperation council behavior methods in term of changes in internal structure¡ the policy of alliancecoalition in the region level and increase ties with the west¡ especially the United states of America in different levels. This paper addressed the issue with analytical method and library resources.
