نقش طُغاچارنویان در تحولات سیاسی نظامی عهد ایلخانی

ایلخانان قلمرو خود را به کمک دو نهاد اداری (دیوان) و امارت اداره می‌کردند. در راس نهاد امارت، فرماندهان ارشدی با عنوان نویان قرار داشتند که از آغاز تا اضمحلال سلسلۀ ایلخانی در وقایع سیاسی چون تحولات جانشینی نقش پررنگی ایفا کردند. پیرامون برخی از نویان‌های دورۀ ایلخانان چون نوروز و چوپان بحث‌های زیادی شده است؛ اما امیرانی کمتر شناخته‌شده چون طُغاچار نیز حضور داشتند که شناخت نقش و عملکرد آن‌ها می‌تواند ابعاد و اهمیت نهاد امارت و نقش آن را در تحولات حکومت ایلخانان روشن‌تر سازد. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی‌ تحلیلی، به دنبال بررسی و مطالعۀ زمینه‌های قدرت‌گیری و عوامل موثر بر رفتار سیاسی طُغاچارنویان است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که جایگاه اشرافیت نظامی مهم‌ترین عامل رشد نویان‌ها در ساختار سیاسی حکومت ایلخانان بود. طُغاچار به‌عنوان امیری تاج‌بخش دست‌کم در قدرت‌ گرفتن یا از تخت فروافتادن پنج ایلخان (احمد تگودار، ارغون، گیخاتو، بایدو و غازان) نقشی مشهود داشت. الگوی رفتار سیاسی امیرانی مشابه طُغاچار موجب ایجاد رقابت‌های سنگین و پرهزینه میان نویان‌ها و یورت‌های مختلف شد و نبردهای چهارسالۀ (690 694ق) داخلی بر سر جانشینی از مصادیق بارز این رقابت‌ها بود.

The role of Tokuchar Noyan in the political-military developments of the Ilkhanid era

The Ilkhanids ruled their territories by means of two administrative institutions, (the Diwan) and the Emirate. At the top of the Emirate were senior commanders called the Noyans, who played a crucial role in political events such as succession developments, from the dawn to the fall of the Ilkhanid dynasty. There are heated debates about some of Noyans in the Ilkhanid period such as Nowruz and Chupan. However, there are lesserknown emirs such as the Tokucharthat understanding their role and function can shed light on various dimensions and important role of the Emirate in the developments of the Ilkhanids. The present study adopts a descriptiveanalytical method to explore the factors underlying the power of Ilkhanate as well as factors shaping the political behavior of the Tokuchar Nouyan. The findings suggest that the high status of the military aristocracy was the key factor contributing to the promotion of the Noyans in the political structure of the Ilkhanid government. Tokuchar, as a crownbestower, had a prominent role in ascension and deposition of at least five Ilkhans (Ahmad Taghudār, Arghun, Gikhāto, Bāidu, and Ghāzān). The political behavior of the Emirs the like of Tokuchar provoked a heavy and costly rivalry between the Noyans and different Yurts, with the fouryear (69094 AH) internal battles over succession being conspicuous instances of such rivalries.
