تطور معنای رفض و تشیع در منابع رجالی فرقه ای اهل سنت

فهم معنای دقیق اصطلاح‌ها و توجه به تغییر و تحول مولفه‌های معنایی یک واژه یا اصطلاح در طول تاریخ، سبب شناخت واقع‌بینانه‌تری از مسائل و تحلیل درست موارد کاربرد آن می‌شود. از جمله واژگانی که به نظر می‌رسد در طول تاریخ دچار تحول معنایی شده باشند، دو عنوان تشیع و رفض است که هم در فرقه‌شناسی و هم در علم رجال از آن دو بهره گرفته می‌شود. این تحقیق با تحلیل قرائن تاریخی درصدد بازخوانی واژه‌های «رفض و تشیع» در سده‌های نخستین هجری برآمده و به این سوال پاسخ داده که آیا دو تعبیر رفض و تشیع در این قرون صرفاً به شیعیان امامی اطلاق می‌شود یا دایرۀ معنایی فراتر از تشیع امامی داشته و فرقه‌ها و جریان‌های دیگری از تشیع را هم در خود جای می‌دهد؟ این جستار در پی اثبات این مدعا است که بر خلاف تصور اولیه، دو عنوان تشیع و رفض انحصاری بر فرقۀ امامیه ندارد و رجوع به تعاریف خود اهل سنت از این دو اصطلاح و انطباق آن با جریان‌های منتسب به تشیع، بیانگر نوعی توسعۀ معنایی این دو واژه در کاربردهای متقدمان است که به تدریج دچار نوعی تحدید معنایی شده و در تشیع امامی به اصطلاح امروزی خود منحصر شده و عدم توجه به این نکته از سوی برخی از پژوهشگران، تحلیل‌های نادرستی نسبت به کاربرد این دو تعبیر در توصیف راویان ایجاد کرده است.

Semantic Evolution of the Terms Rafida and Shi 'ism in Rijal and Religious Sect Sources of the Sunnis

Understanding the exact meaning of the terms and tracking the evolution of the semantic components of a word or term throughout history will offer a more realistic perception of the issues and the accurate analysis of its applications. Among the words that seem to have undergone a semantic change over the course of history are the two terms Shi 'ism and rafida, which are used both in sectology and Elm alrejal (Science of Narration). This research, by analyzing historical evidences, attempts to revisit terms " rafida and Shi 'ism " in the early centuries and address the question whether the two terms of rafida and Shi 'ism in these centuries have referred solely to the Imamiyyah  Shia or the semantic scope of this term is far beyond Imamiyyah Shia, encompassing other Shia sects and movements. This paper seeks to prove that, contrary to the general perception, the two terms of Shi 'ism and rafida are not exclusive to Imamiyyah Shia. The definitions of these two terms offered in Sunni sources and its adaptation to the movements attributed to Shi 'a manifest a kind of semantic development of these two words in the discourse of earlier theorists. However, it has undergone a semantic delimitation over time, becoming constrained to its current meaning in the Imamiyyah  Shia. Failure to recognize this point, some researchers have provided incorrect analysis of the application of these two terms in describing narrators.
