عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بهره گیری از فناوری بلاک چین در آرشیوهای الکترونیک

کی ازکاربردهای مهم فناوری بلاک‌چین، مدیریت اسناد در آرشیوهای الکترونیک است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بهره‌گیری فناوری بلاک‌چین در آرشیوهای الکترونیک از طریق مرور نظام‌مند متون مرتبط است.پژوهش حاضر در زمره پژوهش‌های کیفی و از نوع فراترکیب است که با بهره‌گیری از روش «سندلوسکی و باروسو» در هفت گام تنظیم سوالات پژوهش، جست‌وجوی نظام‌مند متون، غربالگری و انتخاب متون کیفی مناسب، ارزیابی متون و استخراج داده، تحلیل و سنتز یافته‌ها، حفظ کنترل کیفیت، و ارائه یافته‌ها و مدل مفهومی انجام شد. تیم فراترکیب متشکل از دو نفر متخصص علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی، یک نفر متخصص حوزه آرشیو و یک نفر متخصص مسلط به روش پژوهش فراترکیب بود. پس از تشکیل تیم فراترکیب، مراحل گفته‌شده به‌ترتیب هفت گام ذکرشده انجام شد. جامعه‌آماری این پژوهش شامل 103 مقاله انگلیسی و فارسی بود که در زمینه شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بهره‌گیری از فناوری بلاک‌چین در بازه زمانی 2015 تا 2023 (1390 تا 1402) نگاشته شده بودند و بعد از حذف موارد تکراری و نامرتبط به 40 مقاله رسید. به‌منظور اطمینان از میزان ربط این مقالات، از ابزار ارزیابی پژوهش‌های کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی «گلین» که چک‌لیستی استاندارد برای سنجش تحقیقات کیفی است، استفاده شد. پس از پالایش، نتایج به‌ روش تحلیل مضمون «اترید و استرلینگ» و در قالب مفاهیم فراگیر، سازمان‌دهنده و پایه دسته‌بندی شد.عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بهره‌گیری از فناوری بلاک‌چین در سازمان‌ها و مراکز آرشیوی را می‌توان در 6 دسته مضامین سازمان‌دهنده فرهنگی، قوانین و مقررات، فنی، اقتصادی، آموزشی و زیست‌محیطی قرار داد. هر کدام از این مضامین سازمان‌دهنده دارای تعدادی مضامین پایه هستند که در مجموع، به 27 مضمون می‌رسند. مضامین سازمان‌دهنده فرهنگ و قوانین و مقررات و اقتصادی هر کدام با 3 مضمون پایه، مسائل فنی 12 مضمون پایه، زیست‌محیطی 4 مضمون پایه، و آموزشی با 2 مضمون پایه به‌دست آمد.از آنجا که پیاده‌سازی فناوری بلاک‌چین در آرشیوهای الکترونیک تاثیر به‌سزایی در بهبود مدیریت اسناد و جلوگیری از جعل آن‌ها دارد، شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بهره‌گیری و پیاده‌سازی این فناوری در آرشیوهای الکترونیک می‌تواند موثر واقع شود. بدیهی است تا کلیه عوامل تاثیرگذار شناسایی نشوند، پیاده‌سازی و اجرای فناوری بلاک‌چین هم به‌گونه‌ای مناسب شکل نخواهد گرفت و هزینه‌های قابل ‌توجهی نیز بر مراکز آرشیوی تحمیل خواهد کرد. شناخت این عوامل همچنین می‌تواند زمینه بهبود مدیریت در حوزه پیاده‌سازی فناوری بلاک‌چین در سایر سازمان‌های مرتبط و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی را فراهم آورد.

factors influencing the use of blockchain technology in electronic archives

one important application of blockchain technology is document management in electronic archives. this research aims to identify the factors influencing the use of blockchain technology in electronic archives through a systematic review of related texts.the present study is a qualitative and meta-synthesis research, which uses the sandlusky and baroso’s (2007) method. this research consisted of seven steps including formulating research questions, systematically searching texts, screening and selecting appropriate qualitative texts, evaluating texts and extracting data, analyzing and synthesizing findings, maintaining quality control, presenting findings, and creating a conceptual model. the meta-synthesis team consisted of two knowledge and information science experts, one archival domain specialist, and one expert in meta-analysis research methods. after forming the meta-synthesis team, the mentioned stages were carried out in order of the seven steps mentioned. the statistical population of this research included 103 english and farsi articles that were written in the field of identifying factors affecting the use of blockchain technology in the period from 2015 to 2023 (1390 to 1402), which reached 40 articles after removing duplicate and unrelated items. in order to ensure the relevance of these articles, glynn (2006) library and information research evaluation tool, which is a standard checklist for measuring qualitative research, was used. after refining, the results were categorized by attride-stirling’s approach analysis method and in the form of inclusive, organizing and basic concepts.factors influencing the adoption of blockchain technology in archival centers can be categorized into 6 themes: cultural, legal, technical, economic, educational, and environmental. each of these themes comprises a set of basic aspects, totaling 27 in all. culture, laws, and economy encompass 3 basic aspects each, technical issues cover 12, environmental factors include 4, and educational elements involve 2 basic aspects.the integration of blockchain technology in electronic archives has a notable impact on enhancing document management and deterring forgery. identifying the factors that influence the adoption of this technology in digital archives is crucial. failing to recognize all these factors could result in a flawed implementation of blockchain technology, leading to significant costs for archival centers. understanding these factors could serve as a foundation for enhancing management practices in implementing blockchain technology in similar information centers.
