روایی و پایایی در تحقیقات کیفی: مرور نظام مند

اگرچه ارزیابی روایی و پایایی از دیرباز مورد توجه محققان کمّی وجود داشته، اما این مفاهیم برای پژوهشگران کیفی مورد بحث بوده است. با توجه به اینکه تحقیقات کیفی در دنیای واقعی انجام می‌شود، می‌تواند در زندگی افراد پیامدهایی داشته باشد. بنابراین، لازم است نتایج این تحقیقات قابل اعتماد باشد. بدین ‌منظور باید روایی و پایایی در این تحقیقات جهت جلب اعتماد مخاطب نسبت به نتایج حاصل از تحقیق کیفی و افزایش اعتبار آن بررسی گردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مجموعه‌ای از روش‌های ارزیابی روایی و پایایی در تحقیقات کیفی انجام شده است.در پژوهش حاضر از مرور نظام‌مند جهت دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش بهره‌گیری شده است؛ زیرا این نوع پژوهش بدون ایجاد محدودیت زمان و محدوده تحقیق، به بررسی مجموعه جامعی از مطالعات مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش می‌پردازد. بر همین مبنا کلیدواژه‌های مد نظر در پایگاه داده «وب‌‌آو‌ساینس» مورد جست‌وجو قرار گرفته و 100 مقاله استخراج شد. پس از سه مرحله پالایش مقالات که شامل مقالات پژوهشی و مروری انگلیسی‌زبان بود و در نهایت، با بررسی متن آن‌ها تعداد 48 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع منتشرشده طی سال‌های 1993 تا 2023 یافت شد و مبنای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات قرار گرفت. افزون ‌بر آن، محیط گرافیکی بیبلیوشاینی متعلق به کتابخانه بیبلیومِتریکس نرم‌افزار r (که یک بسته نرم‌افزاری منبع‌باز است) و همچنین، نرم‌افزار «وُس‌ویووِر» نیز برای توصیف داده‌های پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.در این پژوهش، مجموعه به‌نسبت جامعی از روش‌های ارزیابی روایی و پایایی استخراج گردید و در قالب روش‌های ارزیابی کمی و کیفی روایی و پایایی در تحقیقات کیفی دسته‌بندی شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل، 55 روش کیفی و 4 روش کمی جهت ارزیابی روایی در تحقیقات کیفی و همچنین، 13 روش کیفی و 6 روش کمی نیز جهت ارزیابی پایایی در تحقیقات کیفی از مجموعه مقالات استخراج شد.ارزیابی روایی و پایایی در تحقیقات کیفی، بیشتر در تحقیقات علوم اجتماعی و پس از آن در حوزه پرستاری و مراقبت بهداشتی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این مسئله اهمیت روایی و پایایی در تحقیقات مرتبط با این حوزه‌ها را نشان می‌دهد. از جمله روش‌های ارزیابی روایی که بیشترین توجه را در میان محققان کسب کرده‌اند، روایی درونی، روایی بیرونی، و روایی محتواست. هر یک از این انواع روایی با مفهوم ارائه‌شده در روش‌های کمی متفاوت هستند. بر اساس بررسی‌های انجام‌شده، از روایی بیرونی در تحقیقاتی که روش‌های کیفیِ مطالعه موردی، تحلیل مقایسه‌ای کیفی، مصاحبه، و مطالعه مروری را به‌کار برده‌اند، بهره‌گیری شده است. روایی درونی نیز برای ارزیابی تحلیل مقایسه‌ای کیفی و مطالعه موردی به‌کار رفته است. روایی محتوا در ارزیابی روش‌های کیفی قوم‌نگاری، پدیدارشناسی، نظریه زمینه‌ای، مصاحبه، و مصاحبه شناختی استفاده شده است. در روش‌های ارزیابی پایایی تحقیقات کیفی نیز روش‌های پایایی بین ارزیاب که جزء روش‌های کمی است، در سال‌های اخیر بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بررسی این تحقیقات بیانگر آن است که این روش برای ارزیابی روش‌های پژوهش کیفیِ تحلیل محتوا، تحلیل مضمون، و مطالعه موردی به‌کار رفته است. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند برای محققان کیفی، داوران مقالات کیفی، و همچنین مخاطبان مطالعات کیفی جهت قضاوت در مورد اعتبار نتایج حاصل از تحقیقات مورد استفاده باشد.

validity and reliability in qualitative research: a systematic review

although validity and reliability evaluation has long been the focus of quantitative researchers, these concepts have been a discussion for qualitative researchers. given that qualitative studies are conducted in the real world, they can have implications for people’s lives. therefore, it is necessary for the results of these studies to be reliable. so, the validity and reliability of these studies should be examined in order to gain the trust of the audience in the results of qualitative research and increase its credibility. thus, this study was conducted with the aim of presenting a set of methods for evaluating validity and reliability in qualitative researches.systematic review was used in this research to achieve the research aims, because this type of research examines a comprehensive set of studies related to the research topic without creating time and research scope. therefore, the interesting keywords were searched in the web of science database and 100 articles were extracted. after three stages of refining and reviewing the articles, including articles and reviewing articles, 48 relevant articles from 1993-2023 were found on the subject which formed the basis for data collection. in addition, the bibliometrics graphical environment belonging to the bibliometrics library of the r software and vosviewer are also were used to describe the research cases.in this research, a relatively comprehensive set of validity and reliability evaluation methods was extracted and categorized in the form of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods of validity and reliability in qualitative research. based on the results of 55 qualitative and 4 quantitative methods for evaluating validity in qualitative research, as well as 13 qualitative methods and 6 quantitative methods for evaluating reliability in qualitative studies were extracted from the articles.validity and reliability evaluation in qualitative research has been considered more in social science research and then in the field of nursing and health care. this shows the importance of validity and reliability in this researches. among the validity evaluation methods that have received the most attention between researchers are internal validity, external validity and content validity. each of these validity methods are different from its quantitative concept. based on the studies, external validity has been used in qualitative researches that used case study, qualitative comparative analysis, interview, and review methods. internal validity has also been used to evaluate qualitative comparative analysis and case studies. content validity has been used in the evaluation of qualitative methods of ethnography, phenomenology, grounded theory, interview and cognitive interview. among the qualitative reliability evaluation methods, inter-rater reliability methods, which are part of quantitative methods, have received much attention in recent years. the review indicates that this method has been used to evaluate the qualitative research methods such as content analysis, theme analysis, and case study. the results of this study can be used by qualitative researchers, qualitative article reviewers, and qualitative study audiences to judge the credibility of the results.
