بررسی چالشهای اساسی استفاده از چت جی پی تی (chatgpt) در آموزش عالی

با توجه به ماهیت فناوری ربات‌های نرم‌افزاری، از قبیل «چت‌جی‌پی‌تی»، و ارتباط آن‌ها با پردازش، بازیابی و ارتباط‌دهی دانش و اطلاعات، یکی از عرصه‌هایی که تحت تاثیر آن‌ها قرار می‌گیرد، حوزه آموزش عالی است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و بررسی چالش‌های کلیدی استفاده از «چت‌جی‌پی‌تی» در آموزش عالی و شناسایی فرصت‌های پیش ‌رو برای آن به‌عنوان یکی از فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی انجام گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و فرایند اجرا به این شکل است که ابتدا چالش‌های مرتبط با موضوع بر اساس مرور ادبیات و مطالعات پیشین شناسایی و سپس برای رسیدن به اهمیت، سطح‌بندی و ارتباطات بین چالش‌های مطرح در استفاده از «چت‌جی‌پی‌تی» از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده گردید. انواع مشکلات و چالش‌ها در زمینه استفاده از «چت‌جی‌پی‌تی» در آموزش عالی، از جمله نادرستی اطلاعات و اعتمادپذیری پایین، سرقت ادبی، نابرابری تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری، فقدان مهارت و دانش اساتید و دانشجویان، عدم کاربرد در بعضی از علوم و نبود رابطه عاطفی میان چت‌بات و انسان به‌طور گسترده مورد بحث قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که چالش نابرابری تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری، نرم‌افزاری و فقدان مهارت، دانش اساتید و دانشجویان در سطح اول، چالش نادرستی اطلاعات، اعتمادپذیری پایین و سرقت ادبی در سطح دوم، و چالش عدم کاربرد در بعضی از علوم و نبود رابطه عاطفی در سطح سوم قرار دارند.

investigating the use of chat gpt in higher education; challenges and solutions

considering the nature of the technology of software robots such as chat gpt and their relationship with processing, retrieving and communicating knowledge and information, one of the areas that are affected by them is the field of higher education. this research has been done with the aim of identifying the key challenges of using chat gpt in higher education and the upcoming opportunities for it as one of the artificial intelligence technologies. the current research is practical in terms of its purpose and the implementation process is such that first the challenges related to the subject are identified based on the literature review and then to reach the importance, leveling and connections between the challenges raised in the use of chat gpt using the structural modeling method. various challenges in the field of using chat gpt in higher education, including incorrect information and low reliability, plagiarism, inequality of hardware and software equipment, lack of skills and knowledge of professors and students, lack of skills and knowledge of professors and students, the lack of application in some sciences, and the lack of emotional relationship between chatbots and humans were widely discussed. the results of the research showed that the challenge of inequality of hardware and software equipment and lack of skills, knowledge of professors and students at the first level, the challenge of incorrect information, low reliability and plagiarism at the second level and the challenge of lack of application in some sciences and lack of emotional relationship at the third level were placed
