مدیریت زنجیره تامین در عصر اطلاعات (تحلیل روندهای تحقیقاتی در حوزه جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تامین)

هماهنگی میان بخش ‏های مختلف زنجیره تامین و ایجاد قابلیت تصمیم‏ گیری متمرکز، بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین و به ‏دنبال آن بر عملکرد سازمان تاثیر به‏ سزایی دارد. این در حالی است که حضور در عصر اطلاعات و حجم بالای اطلاعاتی که در این بخش‏ ها تولید شده و در میان آن‏ها جریان می‏یابد، مدیریت زنجیره تامین را با تحولاتی مواجه کرده است. بنابراین، با توجه به اهمیت جریان اطلاعات برای دستیابی به هماهنگی در زنجیره تامین، این پژوهش بر آن است تا مروری جامع بر پژوهش ‏های موجود در زمینه جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تامین ارائه داده و به بررسی موضوعات داغ و روندهای پژوهشی در این زمینه بپردازد. همچنین نقشه راهی جهت تبیین مسیر تحقیقاتی آینده مرتبط با جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تامین برای پژوهشگران ارائه دهد. برای دستیابی به اهداف این پژوهش، کلیدواژه مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در پایگاه داده علمی «وب‏آو‏ساینس» مورد جست‏وجو قرار گرفت. از مجموعه مقالات به ‏دست ‏آمده، 2357 مقاله چاپ‏ شده در یک دوره 10 ساله (2013-2023) و به‏ زبان انگلیسی انتخاب شدند. برای انجام تحلیل ‏ها از نرم‏افزار r، نرم‏افزار «وُس‏ویوِر» و نرم‏افزار «اِکسل» استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به‏ دست‏ آمده، تعداد مقالات با میانگین نرخ رشد سالیانه 10.97 درصد در حال افزایش است که بیانگر توجه پژوهشگران به اهمیت جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تامین است. نتایج پژوهش همچنین نشان داد که جریان اطلاعات بر جنبه ‏های مختلفی از زنجیره تامین از جمله چابکی، تاب‏آوری، زنجیره تامین سبز، مدیریت ریسک و ... تاثیرگذار است. افزون ‏بر این، جریان اطلاعات می‏تواند به ایجاد اعتماد، همکاری، هماهنگی، قابلیت دید، قابلیت ردیابی، مزیت رقابتی و نوآوری کمک کرده و بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین از جهات مختلف (مالی، عملیاتی و شرکتی) تاثیر بگذارد. از میان کلیدواژه ‏ها، «اشتراک‏ گذاری اطلاعات» پرتکرارترین کلیدواژه بوده است که بیانگر اهمیت آن در دستیابی به اهداف زنجیره تامین است. مدیریت زنجیره تامین نیز در جایگاه دوم قراردارد. افزون ‏بر این، روندهای پژوهشی اخیر اهمیت توجه به جریان اطلاعات در دستیابی به فناوری‏ های جدید در زنجیره تامین و حرکت به ‏سوی زنجیره تامین دیجیتال را نشان می‏دهد. بنابراین می‏توان مسیر تحقیقاتی آینده جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تامین را با حرکت شرکت ‏ها به‏سوی زنجیره تامین دیجیتال ترسیم کرد. این مسیرهای تحقیقاتی شامل رسیدگی به چالش‏های دیجیتال شدن زنجیره تامین، همچون درک مدیران از مفاهیم دیجیتال شدن، مدیریت افراد و مسائل سازمان در تحولات دیجیتال، دانش ناکافی، مسائل زیست ‏محیطی، خطرات امنیتی مختلفی که فناوری‏ های دیجیتال را تهدید می‏کند، همکاری و هماهنگی ضعیف در زنجیره تامین، عدم هم سویی استراتژیک بین بازیگران زنجیره تامین و ... است.

supply chain management in the information era(an analysis of research trends in the field of information flow in the supply chain)

coordination among different supply chain componentsand the establishment of centralized decision-making capabilities, significantly impact the performance of the supply chain and consequently the organization’s performance. nowadays, the highvolume of information that being generated in these sectors and flowingamong them, has confronted supply chain management with variousevolutions.therefore, considering the high importance of information flow forachieving coordination in the supply chain, this research aims to providea comprehensive review of existing studies on information flow in thesupply chain and examines the hot topics and research trends in thisfield. also, provides a road map for researchers to explain the future research path related to information flow in the supply chain. to achieve the researchobjectives, relevant keywords related to the research topic were searched in the web ofscience database. from the obtained article collection, 2357 articles published in a 10-year period (2013-2023) and in english were selected. for the analysis, r, vosviewer andexcel softwares were used. based on the obtained results, the number of articles with anannual average growth rate of 10.97 is increasing, that reflects researchers’ attention to theimportance of information flow in the supply chain.results also show that, information flow influences various aspects of the supply chain,including agility, resilience, green supply chain, risk management, etc. additionally,information flow can contribute to trust, collaboration, coordination, visibility, traceability,competitive advantage, and innovation, and also impacting the supply chain performance invarious dimensions (financial, operational, and corporate). among the keywords, informationsharing has been the most frequent keyword, which is expressed importance of informationin achieving key goals in supply chain. supply chain management has the second position.moreover, recent research trends emphasize the importance of focusing on information flowin achieving new technologies in the supply chain and moving towards a digital supply chain.therefore, the future research path of information flow in the supply chain can be mapped ascompanies move towards digital supply chain. these research paths include addressing thechallenges of supply chain digitalization, such as managers’ understanding of the concepts ofdigitization, managing people and organization issues in digital transformations, insufficientknowledge, environmental issues, various security risks that threaten digital technologies,poor cooperation and coordination in the supply chain, lack of strategic alignment between supply chain actors, etc.
