ارائه نقشه راه پژوهش مصنوعات فناوری اطلاعات با رویکرد علم طراحی

علم طراحی با ایجاد نظام‌مند دانش با طراحی ارتباط داشته و در پژوهش‌ سیستم‌های اطلاعات به ایجاد مصنوعات برای حل یک مسئله عملی مربوط می‌شود. سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی و اجزای آن از دیدگاه علم طراحی به‌منزله مصنوع درنظر گرفته می‌شوند. مصنوعات فناوری اطلاعات در حوزه سیستم اطلاعات موضوع اصلی بوده و متشکل است از سخت‌افزار و نرم‌افزار، سیستم‌های اجتماعی-فنی با مشارکت‌کنندگان انسانی، فرایندها، و روش‌ها. از آنجا که پژوهش علم طراحی به‌عنوان یک رویکرد مهم در پژوهش‌های سیستم‌های اطلاعات ظهور کرده و در ساخت مصنوعات فناوری اطلاعات بخش مهمی از تحقیقات تجویزی در سیستم اطلاعات است، این مطالعه یک بررسی نظام‌مند از مبانی نظری با رویکرد تحلیل روایی برای ایجاد یک درک جامع از مفاهیم عملی و نگرش‌های تخصصی پیرامون روش پژوهش‌ علم طراحی و ارائه نقشه راه برای بیان چگونگی استفاده از آن در راستای یافتن پاسخ سوال(های) پژوهش طراحی مصنوعات فناوری اطلاعات است. این پژوهش با روش مرور نظام‌مند در دو گام اصلی انجام شد. در گام نخست، جست‌وجو برای دستیابی به منابع معتبر با استفاده از دو رویکرد خودکار و گلوله‌برفی پیش‌رونده و بازگشتی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر انجام شد. پس از ارزیابی کیفی منابع به‌دست‌آمده، 52 مقاله بر اساس معیارهای مشخص تایید و انتخاب شد. در گام دوم و در طول مطالعه، بر اساس روش تحلیل روایی، چهار روایت مبانی فلسفی پژوهش علم طراحی، رویکرد توسعه نظری پژوهش در علم طراحی، انتخاب روش‌شناختی پژوهش علم طراحی، و استراتژی پژوهش علم طراحی به‌ همراه سایر مفاهیم اساسی موجود در هر روایت پدیدار شد. سرانجام، با استفاده از روایات و مفاهیم شناسایی‌شده موجود در هر روایت، نگاشتی از مفاهیم و موضوعات مرتبط با روایات پژوهش علم طراحی انجام و در قالب یک نقشه راه تجمیع و ترسیم شد. نقشه راه تدوین‌شده، فرایند استفاده از روش پژوهش علم طراحی در طراحی مصنوعات فناوری اطلاعات را به‌ شکلی ساختاریافته و دقیق برای انجام پژوهش‌های علم طراحی ارائه می‌کند.

roadmap for information technology artifacts research with the approach of design science

the research method provides a way to solve or a systematic answer to the research problem. it is a framework forthe research method provides a way to solve to a research problem or a systematic answer to it. it is a framework for collecting, organizing, analyzing and presenting data to study the research problem. design science research has emerged as an important approach in information systems research. thus, this study is a systematic review of theoretical literature with a narrative analysis approach to create a comprehensive understanding of key concepts and specialized attitudes around design science research methods. a road map is designed to express how to use dsr to find the answer to the research question(s) about the design of information technology artifacts. the research is conducted with a systematic review method in two main steps. in the first step, the search for reliable sources was carried out using automatic approaches and snowball forward and backward in reliable databases. after the qualitative evaluation of the obtained sources, 52 articles were approved and selected based on specific criteria. in the second step and during the study, based on the narrative analysis method, four narratives emerged: the philosophical foundations of design science research, the theoretical development approach of research in design science, the methodological choice of design science research, and the strategy of design science research. finally, using the narratives and concepts identified in each narrative, a mapping of the concepts and topics related to the four emerged theme of design science research was done and summarized and drawn in the form of a road map. the compiled roadmap presents the process of using the design science research method in the information technology artifacts design in a structured and accurate way for conducting design science research.
