بهبود سئوی فهرست‌های کتابخانه‌ای با بهره‌گیری از کنسول جستجوی گوگل: اقدام‌‌پژوهی در اپک سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران

با توجه به اینکه فهرست‌های کتابخانه‌ای در وب پنهان قرار دارند، این پژوهش با هدف افزایش یافت‌پذیری و رویت‌پذیری رکوردهای کتابشناختی فهرست برخط دسترسی همگانی (اپک) »سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران » انجام شد. در این پژوهش »اپک » از منظر مولفه‌های »سئو » (رویت‌پذیری، رتبه‌بندی و نرخ کلیک) در »گوگل » قبل و بعد از بهره‌گیری از ابزار جست‌وجوی »گوگل » سنجیده شد. روش پژوهش اقدام‌پژوهی است. جامعه پژوهش رکوردهای کتابشناختی »کتابخانه ملی ایران » است. این رکوردها در قالب نقشه سایت به ابزار کنسول جست‌وجوی »گوگل » ارسال شد. در این روش از مراحل سه‌گانه »لوین » (برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و ارزیابی) برای طراحی مراحل اقدام‌پژوهی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که در مدت کمتر از چهار ماه از ارسال اولین نقشه سایت به ابزار »گوگل »، افزایش پنج‌برابری رکوردهای نمایه‌سازی از 17948 به 90330 مشاهده شد. در این مدت 4 درصد از »یوآراِل »‌های نقشه‌های سایت ارسال‌شده به کنسول جست‌وجوی »گوگل » نمایه‌سازی شده‌ بود که این تعداد روزانه رو به افزایش است. از منظر سایر مولفه‌های »سئو » (رتبه‌بندی و نرخ کلیک) تنزل رتبه از 7/8 به 8/6 و نیز نرخ کلیک از 12/5درصد به 11/1درصد مشاهده شد. بالاترین نرخ کلیک مربوط به کامپیوتر رومیزی با 19/3درصد است.نرخ کلیک از تقسیم تعداد کلیک‌ها بر تعداد نمایش‌ها به درصد بیان می‌شود. با افزایش تعداد نمایش »اپک » در نتایج جست‌وجو که ناشی از نمایه‌سازی رکوردهاست، تعداد کلیک‌ها نیز باید افزایش یابد تا سرانجام، نرخ کلیک بالایی به‌دست آید. بنابراین، آنچه که می‌تواند نرخ کلیک را با توجه به نمایه‌‌شدن رکوردهای »اپک » افزایش دهد، بالا آوردن رتبه »اپک » از هشتم به سه رتبه اول است. تغییرات زیرساخت و پرداختن به تگ‌ها و متاتگ‌ها می‌تواند این رتبه را افزایش دهد. افزایش دوبرابری نرخ کلیک در کامپیوتر رومیزی نسبت به موبایل نیز هشداری به »کتابخانه ملی ایران » است که معماری »اپک » پانزده سال پیش خود را تغییر اساسی دهد. امروزه، سازگاری با موبایل یکی از مولفه‌های مهم در رتبه‌بندی »گوگل » است. »اپک کتابخانه ملی ایران » همانند سایر »اپک »‌های دنیا نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و مداوم برای رویت‌پذیری و رتبه‌بندی بالا در وب دارد.‌

Improving SEO of Library Catalogs Using Google Search Console: Action Research on the OPAC of the National library and Archives of Iran (NLAI)

Due to the fact that library catalogs are often hidden in the invisible web, the purpose of the present research has been increasing visibility and findability of bibliographic records of Online Public Access Catalog rsquo;s (OPAC) of the NLAI. Also, SEO components (i.e. visibility, ranking and clickthrough rate) were measured in Google before and after using the Google Search Console.The research method is action research. Bibliographic records of NLAI Sitemaps were submitted to Google Search Console. Lewin #39;s three steps (planning, execution and evaluation) were used to design the research steps. Less than four months from submission, a fivefold increase (from 17948 to 90330) in indexing records was observed. During this period, 4% of URL sitemaps submitted to Google Search Console were indexed. This number is increasing daily. From the perspective of other SEO components (ranking and clickthrough rate), the ranking decreased from 7.8 to 8.6. Also the clickthrough rate decreased from 12.5% to 11.1%. The highest clickthrough rate was for desktop with 19.3%.Clickthrough rate is calculated by dividing number of clicks by the number of impressions. As the number of impression of OPAC in Search Engine Results Pages increased due to the indexing of records, the number of clicks must also increase in order to achieve a high clickthrough rate. The clickthrough rate increases the OPAC rsquo;s NLAI ranking from eighth to first third. By improving the infrastructure and addressing the problems with tags and metatags, ranking could increase. Doubling the clickthrough rate on desktop compared to mobile phone is also a warning to the National Library of Iran to fundamental changes in its OPAC architecture. This structure was designed fifteen years ago and needs to be redesigned. Nowadays, to be mobile friendly is a highly important characteristic in Google rankings. The NLAI, like other OPACs in the world, needs strategic and continuous planning for high visibility and ranking on the web.
