توسعه راهکارهایی برای دسترسی آزاد به تمام متن پایان نامه ها و رساله ها در بافت موسسات آموزشی و پژوهشی ایران

جویان به‌عنوان پژوهشگر به منابع ارزشمند مرتبط با رشته‌هایشان نظیر پایان‌نامه‌ها و رساله‌ها نیاز دارند. موسسات آموزشی و پژوهشی باید از دسترسی آزاد حمایت نمایند تا اطلاعات به‌آسانی برای پژوهشگران، دانشمندان و دانشجویان در دسترس باشد. با وجود این، برخی از مراکز آموزشی و پژوهشی از در دسترس قرار دادن پایان‌نامه‌ها و رساله‌های خود خودداری می‌کنند و دلایل متنوعی را برای این عدم دسترسی اعلام می‌دارند. این پژوهش با شناسایی این دلایل سعی در رفع آن‌ها دارد. برای این منظور، در این پژوهش ابتدا با توجه به نتایج پژوهش‌های پیشین سیاهه‌ای از عواملی که بر دسترسی آزاد بر پایان‌نامه و رساله‌ها تاثیرگذار هستند، استخراج شده و سپس، به‌منظور تکمیل و نهایی‌کردن سیاهه مذکور، میزان تاثیر این عوامل با روش »دلفی « و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه‌ مورد بررسی‌ قرار گرفته است. پانل »دلفی « در این پژوهش متشکل از 14 عضو هیئت علمی موسسات آموزشی و پژوهشی شهر تهران است که به ‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. نتایج‌ این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که عواملی نظیر قوانین و مقررات، تاثیر اجتماعی، فناوری اطلاعات، اعتبار نویسنده، مشاهده‌پذیری، آگاهی ادراکی، نگرش نسبت به دسترسی آزاد، خودباوری در انتشار دانش، کنترل‌پذیری، سازگاری ادراکی و فرهنگ بر دسترسی آزاد به پایان‌نامه‌ها و رساله‌ها تاثیر دارند.

Developing Solutions for Open Access to the Full Text of Theses/ Dissertations of Educational and Research Institutes in Iran

Students as researchers need valuable resources related to their fields such as theses/ dissertations. Open access should be supported by educational and research institutes and faculty members so that information is easily available to scholars, scientists and students. However, some of the educational and research centers refuse to make their theses and dissertations available, and they announce a variety of reasons for this refusal of access. By identifying these reasons, this research tries to eliminate them. For this purpose, first, according to the results of previous researches, a list of factors influencing open access to theses and dissertations were extracted. Then, in order to complete and finalize the mentioned list, the impact of these factors has been investigated using Delphi method and questionnaire tool. In this research, Delphi panel consists of 14 faculty members of educational and research institutes in Tehran who have been selected by purposeful sampling method. The results show that the factors of laws and regulations, social impact, information technology, author rsquo;s credibility, observability, perceived awareness, attitude toward open access, selfconfidence in knowledge dissemination, controllability, perceptual compatibility and culture have influence on open access to theses and dissertations.
