مصورسازی موضوع‌‌های داغ و نوظهور حوزه بیوشیمی و زیست‌شناسی مولکولی ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روند موضوعی حوزه بیوشیمی و زیست‌شناسی مولکولی ایران به‌منظور شناسایی موضوع های داغ و نوظهور و بررسی سیر تحولات انجام‌شده در ساختار فکری این حوزه در یک بازه زمانی ده‌ساله است. این پژوهش از نظر نوع، توصیفی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. ساختار فکری حوزه بیوشیمی و زیست‌شناسی مولکولی ایران با استفاده از فنون تحلیل هم‌رخدادی واژگان و تحلیل ارجاع‌ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. جامعه پژوهش حاضر را کلیه مقاله‌های پژوهشی و مروری منتشرشده توسط پژوهشگران ایرانی در طول سال‌های 2008-2017 در مجله‌های نمایه‌سازی‌شده در پایگاه اطلاعاتی «وب‌آوساینس » موسوم به «وبگاه علوم » تشکیل می‌دهد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پایگاه اطلاعاتی «وبگاه علوم » است و ابزار تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها جهت ترسیم ساختار فکری این حوزه نرم‌افزار «سایت‌اسپیس » است. نتایج نشان داد که واژگانی مانند: بیان ژن، پروتئین، برون‌تنی، استرس اکسیداتیو، پیوند، آپوپتوز و سلول در زمره مباحث داغ پژوهشی ایران و اصطلاحاتی چون کیتوسان، نانوکامپوزیت، فعالیت ضدباکتری، دینامیک مولکولی، سلول‌های بنیادی، سلول‌های بنیادی مزانشیمی و ایموبلیزاسیون بیانگر موضوع های نوظهور در پژوهش‌های ایران در بازه زمانی مورد بررسی است. افزایش تولیدات حوزه بیوشیمی و زیست‌شناسی مولکولی ایران در سطح جهانی و قرار گرفتن آن در اولویت‌های پژوهشی کشور باعث شد که این حوزه از دیدگاه علم‌سنجی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. از این ‌رو، با توجه به موضوع های داغ و نوظهور شناسایی‌شده در این پژوهش، از این‌گونه پژوهش‌ها می‌توان به‌عنوان یک نقشه راه برای برنامه‌ریزی‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان علمی کشور استفاده نمود.

Visualizing Hot and Emerging Topics in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Iran

The purpose of this descriptive research was to identify hot and emerging topics in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Iran and to map the intellectual structure of this field in a tenyear period. The intellectual structure of the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Iran was studied by analyzing cooccurrences of keywords and cited references. The research population of this study was all research and review papers of Iranian researchers published in journals indexed by the Web of Science database from 2008 to 2017. The collected data from Web of Science were analyzed by the CiteSpace Software in order to map the intellectual structure of this field. The results showed that the keywords such as gene expression, protein, in vitro, oxidative stress, binding, apoptosis and cell were among the hot research topics in Iran and terms such as chitosan, nanocomposite, antibacterial activity, dynamics molecules, stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells and immobilization have been indicative of the emerging topics in Iranian research in the studied time period. Increasing publications in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology in Iran at the international level and its inclusion in the country rsquo;s research priorities led us to conduct a scientometric study of this research area. Therefore, due to the hot and emerging topics identified in this research, such studies can be used as a road map for the country rsquo;s largescale scientific planning and policy.
