سنجه های مرکزیت در شبکه‌های هم‌نویسندگی: هم‌افزایی یا هم‌زدایی در عملکرد پژوهشی پژوهشگران

در این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد فردمحور و جمع محور، ساختار شبکه های هم نویسندگی پژوهشگران تحلیل و در ادامه، به بررسی رابطه بین سنجه های مرکزیت و عملکرد استنادی پژوهشگران پرداخته شده است. نوع پژوهش حاضر کتاب سنجی است و به منظور دیداری سازی شبکه های هم نویسندگی از فن تحلیل شبکه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را نویسندگان 24308 مدرک نمایه شده در »وب آوساینس « تشکیل می دهد. برای گردآوری داده های مربوط به عملکرد استنادی یک پژوهشگر از مقاله هایی که وی در یک دوره زمانی 3 ساله منتشر کرده استفاده شده و داده استنادی (بدون احتساب خوداستنادی) برای یک مقاله 3 سال پس از انتشار آن مقاله گردآوری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین تعداد هم نویسندگان هر مقاله 2.8 نویسنده به ازای هر مقاله و درصد مقاله های هم نویسی شده نسبت به مقاله های تک نویسی شده 89.4 درصد است. همچنین، شبکه هم نویسندگی مذکور »جهان کوچک « و »بدون مقیاس « است. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که با افزایش در مقدار مرکزیت رتبه و مرکزیت بینابینی پژوهشگران، تعداد استنادات دریافتی آن ها نیز افزایش یافته، اما بین مرکزیت نزدیکی و تعداد استنادات دریافتی پژوهشگران رابطه ای معنا دار یافت نشد. در این بازه متغیر مرکزیت بینابینی با ضریب استاندارد بتا 0.289 توان پیش بینی معنا داری برای میزان عملکرد استنادی پژوهشگران داشته است (000/p>0). بنابراین، می توان گفت عملکرد استنادی پژوهشگران تحت تاثیر سنجه های مرکزیت بینابینی بوده و این سنجه نقش تعیین کننده ای در عملکرد استنادی پژوهشگران حوزه علوم و فناوری هسته ای در این بازه زمانی دارد. اشغال یک موقعیت مرکزی در یک شبکه هم نویسندگی، گرچه به پژوهشگر از لحاظ موقعیت نزدیکی اهمیت راهبردی می دهد، اما لزوماً موجب بهبود عملکرد وی نمی شود. اظهار نظر قطعی درباره رابطه مرکزیت بینابینی و عملکرد استنادی طلب می کند که پژوهش های بیشتری برای بررسی این رابطه به عمل آید که آیا برای بررسی رابطه مرکزیت بینابینی و عملکرد استنادی نیاز به پل بندی بین کل مولفه های موجود در شبکه وجود دارد یا نه.

The Centrality Measures in Co-authorship Networks: Synergy or Antagonism in Researchers’ Research Performance

In this study, the structure of coauthorship networks was analyzed using the Macrolevel and Microlevel Approach. The study also examined the relationship between centrality measures and citation performance.The research reported here favors a bibliometric approach aiming to visualize the coauthorship networks building on the network analysis method. The population of the research consisted of 24308 authors of the indexed papers in the WOS database. To collect the data pertaining to the citation performance of a given researcher, the articles the given researchers published in a period of three years were taken into account. The citation data (excluding the selfcitation) of a given article were gathered considering a threeyear lapse after its publication. The results suggested that the mean of coauthorship for each article was 2.8 authors and the ratio of coauthored articles to singleauthored was 89.4%. Also, this said coauthorship network was a network of ldquo;small world rdquo; and lacked ldquo;scale rdquo;. The achieved findings illustrated that any increase in the rate of centrality and betweenness centrality of articles led to an increase in the amount of received citations. That said, no significant relationship was found between closeness centrality and the amount of received citations in this area. In this period, the variable of closeness centrality was able to predict the significance for the citation performance of the researchers with Beta coefficient of 0.289 (p> 0.000). Therefore, it is safe to say that researchers rsquo; citations performance was affected by betweenness centrality measures and this measure played a pivotal role in the researchers rsquo; citation performance at this period of time. Although in a coauthoring network occupying a central position by the researcher, it is of strategic importance in terms of its proximity but it does not necessarily improve his performance.
