ارائه مدل معماری سرویس گرا در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی استان مازندران بر اساس روش نظریه‌پردازی داده بنیاد

سیستم های اطلاعاتی به سرعت در حال رشد هستند. کتابخانه های دانشگاهی باید قدرت پاسخگویی سریع به نیازمندی های جدید مخاطبان را داشته باشند. کتابخانه داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻲ به عنوان ﻣﺮﻛﺰی ﻛﻪ مسئولیت ارائه ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ ﺑﻪ جامعه وﺳﻴﻌﻲ از افراد را بر عهده دارد، ﻧﻴﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﻫﻤﮕﺎﻣﻲ ﺑﺎ نوآوری های ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در زمینه اطلاع رسانی اﺳﺖ. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارائه مدل معماری سرویس گرا در کتابخانه های دانشگاهی استان »مازندران « بود. روش تحلیل داده ها در این تحقیق کدگذاری نظری برگرفته از روش نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مسئولان کتابخانه های دانشگاهی استان »مازندران « بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند به انتخاب نمونه های آماری تحقیق اقدام شد. در این مطالعه تعداد 25 نفر انتخاب شدند. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که عوامل انسانی، عوامل ساختاری و فنی، عوامل نظارتی و مدیریتی و استراتژی های سازمان به عنوان عوامل موثر در معماری سرویس گرا در کتابخانه های دانشگاهی استان »مازندران « شناسایی شدند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که در یک الگوی زمینه ای به کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات به عنوان شرط علّی از طریق ارائه خدمات مبتنی بر it و دسترسی آسان و با درنظرگرفتن زیرساخت ها منجر به استقرار کتابخانه های سرویس گرا می شود.

Presentation of Service-Oriented Architecture Model in Libraries of Mazandaran Universities Based on Grounded Theory

Information systems are growing rapidly. Academic libraries should have the ability to respond quickly to new audience requirements. Academic libraries, as the centers responsible for providing information services to a wide range of individuals need to be in line with existing innovations in the field of information. The purpose of this study was to provide a serviceoriented architecture model in the university libraries of Mazandaran province. Data analysis method in this research, theoretical coding was derived from the grounded theory method. The statistical population of the study consisted of university librarians of Mazandaran province, which was selected through a targeted sampling method. 25 subjects were selected in this study. The findings of the research indicate that human factors, structural and technical factors, supervisory and managerial factors, and organizational strategies as factors affecting service oriented architecture in the university libraries of Mazandaran province were identified. Also, the results showed that in a grounded pattern of the use of information technology as a causal condition through the provision of ITbased services and easy access to IT infrastructure leads to the deployment of serviceoriented libraries.
