ادراک زنان با صمیمیت پایین از کیفیت ابرازگری هیجانی همسران‌‌ خود: یک پژوهش پدیدارشناختی

ابرازگری هیجانی یکی از مولفه‌های اصلی در صمیمیت زناشویی محسوب شده که تاثیر بسزایی بر کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و صمیمیت زوجین دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر توصیف ادراک مشترک زنان با صمیمیت پایین از ابرازگری هیجانی همسران‌شان بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی بود. نمونة مورد پژوهش شامل نُه نفر از زنان متاهل شهر تهران در سال 1400 بود که در زندگی مشترک خود صمیمیت پایین را تجربه کرده و به روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین سطح صمیمیت زنان از بُعد صمیمیت عاطفی پرسشنامة ارزیابی شخصی صمیمیت (pair) و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبة نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد که این فرایند تا زمان به اشباع رسیدن داده‌ها ادامه پیدا کرد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز مطابق با الگوی هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از وجود پنج مضمون اصلی بود: اجتناب از ابرازگری هیجانی، عدم توجه به نیازهای همسر، ابرازگری محدود و نامناسب، ابرازگری هیجانی واکنشی و ایجاد سد دفاع هیجانی در مقابل همسر. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که زنان با صمیمیت پایین، همسران خود را فاقد خودافشایی و ابرازگری هیجانی مناسب ادراک می‌کنند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که زنان با سطح صمیمیت پایین، ابرازگری هیجانی همسران‌شان را به‌صورت منفی ادراک می‌کنند، به گونه‌ای که همسران‌شان از ابرازگری هیجانی خود اجتناب کرده یا اینکه به اَشکال نامناسبی هیجان‌های خود را در روابط زناشویی خویش ابراز می‌کنند.

perceptions of women with low intimacy about the quality of emotional expression of their spouses: a phenomenological study

emotional expression is a crucial component of marital intimacy، significantly influencing the quality of marital life and intimacy between couples. the present study aimed to describe common perceptions of women with low intimacy about the quality of emotional expression of their husbands. the study was conducted using a qualitative and phenomenological approach. the research sample included nine married women in tehran in 2021، who experienced low marital intimacy and were selected through voluntary sampling. to determine the level of intimacy of women، the emotional dimension of the personal assessment of intimacy in relationships (pair) was used. data were collected through semi-structured interviews until saturation was reached. data were analyzed based on the seven-step method proposed by colaizzi. the findings revealed five main themes including avoiding emotional expression، not paying attention to the needs of the spouse، limited and inappropriate expression، reactive emotional expression، and creating emotional barriers as a defense mechanism. the results suggested that women with low intimacy perceive their spouses as lacking appropriate self-disclosure and emotional expression، and they often view their husbands' emotional expressions negatively. consequently، they tend to avoid emotional expression or do it inappropriately.
