تدوین مدل مفاهیم مرتبط با دفتر کل خانواده در افراد مضطرب و سالم: یک پژوهش کیفی

با توجه به اهمیت نهاد خانواده در ایران و نقش کلیدی والدین در پایه‏ریزی و استمرار خانواده‏های بادوام، بررسی مفاهیم مرتبط با خانواده از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف تدوین مدل مفاهیم مرتبط با دفتر کل خانواده در افراد سالم و مضطرب، به شیوه کیفی و با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. بدین منظور از بین مراجعین به کلینیک‏های روان‏پزشکی 10 نفر و از بین افراد سالم، 7 نفر از شهرستان شاهرود در سال 99-1398 با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و نظری انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‎‏ساختاریافته جمع آوری، ثبت، کدگذاری و در قالب مفاهیم، زیرمقولات طبقه بندی شد. تحلیل داده‏ها به روش تحلیل مقایسه‏ای پیوسته (6 کد گروه مضطرب و 4 کد گروه سالم) با کدگذاری محوری انجام شد. یافته‏ها نشان داد احساس بی‏عدالتی و تبعیض ادراک شده در افراد مضطرب در خانواده گسترده باعث عدم تراز در دفتر کل خانواده و منجر به حس استحقاق کسب نشده و احساس دین مخرب و وفاداری شده است. افراد مضطرب در تحمل ناکامی‏ها ظرفیت پایینی داشتند در حالی ‏که افراد سالم، احساس عدالت و انصاف داشتند. احساس دین افراد سالم هم به پدر و  هم مادر بود و در چرخه بین نسلی شامل همسر نیز شد. همچنین، آن‏ها برداشت ذهنی مثبت هم از والدین و هم در رابطه زوجی داشتند. در نهایت با استفاده از داده‏های دو مدل و بر پایه نظریه بافت‏نگرفرآیندی مداخله‏ای شامل سه مرحله به‏دست آمد: 1-بررسی عدالت و انصاف در روابط نزدیک، 2-اصلاح وابستگی‏ها در روابط نزدیک و 3-تقویت ارتباط در روابط نزدیک.

developing a model of concepts related to the whole family office in anxious and healthy people: a qualitative research

given the importance of the family institution in iran and the key role that parents play in establishing and maintaining sustainable families, therefore, survey familyrelated concepts is of great importance. therefore, this study was done to develop a model of concepts related to the whole family office in healthy and anxious individuals with qualitative research and grounded theory. method.qualitatively using the content analysis approach. for this purpose, 10 people were referred to psychiatric clinics and 7 healthy people were selected from shahroud city in 20092010 were studied using purposeful, and theoretical sampling method. the data using semistructured interviews were recorded, coded and classified in the form of concepts, subcategories and categories.the findings showed that the perceived sense of injustice and discrimination in anxious individuals in the extended family caused an imbalance in the general office of the family and led to a sense of not being earned and a sense of destructive religion and loyalty. anxious people had a low capacity to endure failures, while healthy people had a sense of justice and fairness. the sense of belonging of healthy people was to the parents and included the spouse in the intergenerational cycle. they also had a positive mental outlook on both their parents and their relationship. finally, using the data of two models and based on the contextualprocessintervention theory, three steps were obtained: 1 investigating justice and fairness in close relationships, 2 modifying dependencies in close relationships and 3. strengthen communication in close relationships.
