ادراک تجربه زیسته‌ی زنان با شوهران وابسته بین فردی و طراحی بسته‌ی زوج درمانی: یک پژوهش آمیخته‌ی اکتشافی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اعتبار سنجی ادراک تجربه زیسته‌ی زنان با شوهران وابسته و طراحی بسته‌ی زوج درمانی با روش آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی و با الگوی تدوین و طبقه بندی انجام شد.  نمونه در بخش کیفی شامل هیجده نفر از زنان ساکن در شهر اصفهان و در بخش کَمّی صد کارشناس به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌های کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته عمیق جمع آوری و به روش کُدگذاری کولایزی تحلیل گردیدند. تجربه زیسته‌ی زنان با شوهران وابسته در سه مقوله‌ی اصلی (آسیب‌های روانی، اعمال فشار در روابط جنسی و خشونت فیزیکی بر علیه زنان) و شانزده مفهوم تبیین گردید. بر مبنای مقوله‌ها و مفاهیم استخراج شده، بسته‌ی زوج درمانی طراحی شد و در بخش کَمّی، بسته آموزشی در قالب نظرسنجی از کارشناسان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، حاکی از تایید عوامل استخراج شده از مرحله کیفی و ضریب توافق بین کُدگذاران، بیانگر توافق بین ارزیابان و ضریب نسبت روایی محتوایی (cvr) بیانگر محتوای قابل قبول جلسات درمان بود. یافته‌های پژوهش بخش کیفی بر اساس نظر زنان با شوهران وابسته سه مقوله‌ی آسیب‌های روانی- جنسی و جسمی از سوی همسران‌شان را نشان داد و در بخش کمّی، بر اساس نظر مشاوران و کارشناسان بسته طراحی شده، مبتنی بر یافته‌های بخش کیفی، از روایی و پایایی لازم برخوردار بود، بنابراین می‌توان انتظار داشت که مشاوران و زوج درمانگران بتوانند از این بسته جهت ارتقاء سازگاری زوجین با مشکل وابستگی استفاده کنند.

Lived Experience Perception of Women with Interpersonal Dependent Husbands and Designing the Couple Therapy Package: An Exploratory Mixed Research

This study aims was conducted to validation the lived experience perception of women with dependent husbands and designing a couple therapy package in a exploratory mixed method research with development and classification pattern. The sample in qualitative part included 18 women resident in Isfahan city. 100 qualified experts were selected using purposive sampling method in the quantitative part. Qualitaive data were analyzed test using Colaizzi method indepth semistructured interview. Lived experiences of women were categorized in three main themes (psychological abuse, putting pressure on sexual relations, and physical maltreatment against wife) and sixteen subthemes. A couple therapy package was designed based on the extracted categories and a concept and in the quantitative part; the training package was examined in a survey of experts. The results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the extracted factors from the qualitative part, and Cohen’s Kappa agreement coefficient among the evaluators, and content validity ratio (CVR) indicated the acceptable content of all therapeutic sessions. Research findings of the qualitative part based on the opinion of women with dependent husbands showed three categories of psychologicalsexual and physical damage by their husbands, and in the quantitative part, the designed package had the acceptale validity and reliability on the based of consultants and experts’ views. Therefore, it can be expect to that therapy package can be improve the marital adjustment of couples with the problem of dependency.
