نقش میانجی عوامل شناختی در رابطه‌ی بین بدرفتاری‌های دوره‌ی کودکی و کژکاری جنسی

کژکاری جنسی به‌عنوان یکی از اختلال‌های بسیار شایع در بین زنان می‌تواند روابط زناشویی آن‌ها را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد و پیامدهای منفی به دنبال داشته باشد. اگرچه رابطه بین بدرفتاری‌های دوره‌ی کودکی و کژکاری جنسی تایید شده است، امّا توجه اندکی به عوامل میانجی این رابطه شده است. بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی عوامل شناختی در رابطه بین بدرفتاری‌های دوره‌ی کودکی و کژکاری جنسی زنان در یک طرح هم‌بستگی انجام پذیرفت. جامعه‌ی این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی دانش‌جویان زن متاهل دانشگاه‌های شهر شاهرود بود. چهارصد دانش‌جوی زن متاهل دانشگاه‌های شاهرود به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند و شرکت‌کنندگان به شاخص‌های عملکرد جنسی زنان، اجتناب شناختی، تحمل‌ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی، پذیرش و عمل، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان، افکار تکرارشونده و خود گزارشی کودک‌آزاری پاسخ دادند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش آماری مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای spss و lisrel تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین مسیرهای مستقیم مدل هم‌بستگی وجود دارد و عوامل شناختی میانجی رابطه‌ی بین بدرفتاری‌های دوره‌ی کودکی و کژکاری جنسی زنان هستند. به‌طورکلی می‌توان گفت که بدرفتاری‌های دوره‌ی کودکی می توانند با افزایش عوامل شناختی ازجمله اجتناب شناختی، تحمل‌ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی، اجتناب تجربه‌ای، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و افکار تکرارشونده، باعث افزایش کژکاری جنسی زنان شوند.

The mediating role of cognitive factors in relationship between childhood maltreatment and sexual dysfunction in women

Sexual dysfunction, as one of the most common disorders among women can affect their marital relationships and have negative consequences. Although the relationship between childhood maltreatment and sexual dysfunction has been confirmed, but little attention has been paid to the mediating factors. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate was conducted the mediating role of cognitive factors in the relationship between childhood maltreatment and female sexual dysfunction in a correlational study. The population of this study included all married female students of Shahroud universities. Four hundred married female students of Shahroud universities were selected using cluster sampling method, and participants responded to the Female Sexual Function index, Cognitive Avoidance Questionnaire , Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale, Acceptance and Action QuestionnaireII, Cognitive Emotion Regulation questionnaire and Repetitive Thinking Questionnaire10. Research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling, and SPSS and LISREL softwares. The results showed that there are correlations between the direct paths of the model, and cognitive factors mediate the relationship between childhood maltreatment and sexual dysfunction in females. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that childhood maltreatment and cognitive factors are risk factors for female sexual dysfunction; Therefore, it is important to pay attention to these factors in the prevention and treatment of sexual dysfunction.
