مسئولیت‌پذیری در بزرگ‌سالی در حال ظهور: نقش الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده و ابعاد هویت

مسئولیت‌پذیری یکی از سازه‌های مهم و قابل توجه در سال‌های اخیر بوده است و شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آن از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش ابعاد هویت به‌عنوان میانجی رابطه بین الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده و مسئولیت‌پذیری در دوره بزرگ‌سالی در حال ظهور انجام شد. روش پژوهش هم‌بستگی از نوع تحلیل مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه این پژوهش شامل همه دانش‌جویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 مشغول به تحصیل بود. 537 دانش‌جو (322 زن و 215 مرد) به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری، ابعاد هویت و الگوی ارتباطات خانواده پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار آماری amos و شاخص‌های برازندگی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از براش خوبی برخوردار است و ضرایب مسیر مستقیم الگوی ارتباطی گفت و شنود به مسئولیت‌پذیری فردی و اجتماعی، الگوی ارتباطی همنوایی به مسئولیت‌پذیری فردی، الگوی ارتباطی گفت و شنود به تعهد هویتی و الگوی ارتباطی همنوایی به اکتشاف هویتی معنی‌دار هستند. هم‌چنین تعهد هویتی نقش میانجی مابین الگوی ارتباطی گفت و شنود و مسئولیت‌پذیری در مدل را بر عهده دارند. در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که الگوی ارتباطی گفت و شنود در هویت‌یابی و مسئولیت‌پذیری دوره بزرگ‌سالی در حال ظهور حائز اهمیت است.

Responsibility in emerging adulthood: The role of family communication patterns and identity dimentions

Responsibility has been one of the most important and significant structures in the recent years and identifying the factors that influence it is important. This research was conducted with the aim of examine the role of identity dimensions as mediating relationship between family communication patterns and responsibility in emerging adulthood. The research method is a correlation of type structural equation modeling analysis. The population of this study included undergraduate students at the age range of 1829 years old in Shiraz University in year 20172018. 537 students (322 female and 215 male) were selected using multistage cluster random sampling method and to responded Responsibility, Dimensions of Identity and Family Communication Pattern Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis and AMOS statistical software and fitness indices. The findings showed that the proposed model has a good fit and the path coefficients are significant communication pattern to personal and social responsibility, conformity communication pattern to personal responsibility, conversation communication pattern to commitment component of identity and conformity communication pattern to exploration component of identity. Also, commitment component of identity has mediating role in the relationship between family communication pattern and responsibility. In sum, can be concluded that is important role of conversation communication pattern in emerging adulthood’s identity formation and responsibility.
