طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی سیاستگذاری آموزش چندفرهنگی در نظام تعلیم و تربیت عمومی در ایران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل سیاستگذاری آموزشی برای تحقق آموزش و پرورش چندفرهنگی در نظام تربیتی ایران می باشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته و در دو بخش کیفی - کمی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی روش داده بنیاد، حوزه پژوهش 30 نفر از اعضاء هیات علمی و خبرگان آشنا به تعلیم و تربیت و متخصصین حوزه های برنامه ریزی درسی و تعلیم و تربیت بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن قانون اشباع تعداد 21 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش روایی کیفی از روش بازبینی توسط اعضاء بررسی همکار استفاده شد. نتایج این مطالعه به شناسایی 46 کد انتخابی، 295 کد محوری و 526 کد باز منجر شدند که در 6 طبقه اصلی شامل شرایط علّی، پدید مرکزی، شرایط زمینهای، شرایط مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامدها دسته بندی شد. یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که برای اجرای مدل سیاستگذاری راهبرد های ایجاد یک دپارتمان مختص برای آموزش چندفرهنگی، خبره گرایی قومی، مواجهه فرهنگی، بازآموزی چند فرهنگی، حکومت مندی قومی، سیاستگذاری زبانی، اختصاص اعتبار برای توسعه برنامه های آموزش چندفرهنگی، سازگارسازی استراتژی های آموزشی با زمینه فرهنگی جامعه، ارزیابی و پیگیری، تحقق گفتمان عدالت محور، مقابله با چند قومیتی هراسی، آموزش توان فرهنگی، ایجاد محیط آموزشی متنوع واجب اجرا است؛ بخش کمی مسیرها و روابط علی بین سازه های بیرونی و داخلی در مدل ساختاری با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. مدل به دست آمده در این پژوهش تحت عنوان همزیستی فرهنگی در آموزش نامگذاری و کشف شده است.

designing and validating the policy model of multicultural education in the general education system in iran

curriculum design is one of the important challenges of university professors, because arranging curriculum elements in a way that leads to learning is a difficult task. for this reason, the existence of curriculum templates can help university professors and curriculum planners in designing and compiling curricula in a way and in making decisions. the model in the development of university curricula is interpreted as a detailed plan to achieve the goal. for this purpose, the present research has been conducted with the aim of examining the curriculum patterns of higher education in iran. the above research, with a systematic review of the literature and qualitative content analysis technique (theme analysis) among the sources and documents collected from reliable scientific databases, finally examined the number of 11 articles. the results of the research show that the focus of the researchers in providing models was mostly on tyler's four elements and less on the nine and ten elements of the curriculum, and the macro dimensions of the curriculum in higher education have been neglected. designing the proposed models (providing the framework) is one of the important activities of curriculum planners and decision makers, and university educations are also forced to design and implement the proposed models (determined frameworks) of the curriculum. but the focus of attention that researchers should pay more attention to is the extent of attention to the larger dimensions of the curriculum and not the elements and content of the curriculum.
