دلالت‌های حاکم بر برنامه درسی در رویکرد تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی به پدیده جهانی‌شدن با تاکید بر دیدگاه آیت‌الله جوادی آملی

هدف پژوهش، فهم «دلالت‌های حاکم بر برنامه درسی در رویکرد تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی به پدیده جهانی‌شدن از دیدگاه آیت‌الله جوادی آملی» است. تربیت فراگیرانی با ذهنیتی جهانی و مبتنی بر رویکردهای اسلامی وظیفه‌ای استراتژیک است که پیش روی مدیریت منابع انسانی در نهادهای آموزشی قرار دارد. روش پژوهش، تحلیل منطقی فرارونده و حوزه پژوهش اسناد، متون و منابع مرتبط با تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی و جهانی‌شدن به‌طور عام و اسناد و منابع و آثار آیت‌الله جوادی آملی به‌طور خاص بوده؛ که تمام متون مربوط به نظرات آیت‌الله جوادی آملی در حوزه تعلیم و تربیت و جهانی‌شدن به‌صورت کل شمار و به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. مبتنی بر دیدگاه ایشان چهار نوع تعلیم و تربیت در عرصه نظام‌های تعلیم و تربیتی با خروجی خاص هر یک از آن‌ها قابل طرح است. همچنین از دو رویکرد الهی و الحادی در برنامه درسی در سطح جهان نام‌برده شده که هر یک هدف، روش، محتوا و شیوه ارزشیابی خاصی دارد. توجه به برنامه‌ریزی‌ها، سیاست‌ها، اهداف، محتوا، روش‌ها، راهبردهای آموزشی و ارزشیابی در هر برنامه درسی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. ماهیت برنامه درسی با رویکرد الهی تحت تاثیر فلسفه و منابع ارزشمند دینی است که با توجه به عوامل ذکر شده، ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است.

The purpose of this study is to understand the "dominant implications on curriculum with Islamic education approach toward globalization phenomenon in Ayatollah Javadi Amoli’s view"; because educating learners with a global mentality based on Islamic approaches is a strategic task ahead of human resources management in educational institutions. Research method is transcendental logic analysis and the research document field is the texts and resources related to Islamic education and globalization in general and documents, resources, and works of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, in particular; all texts related to the Ayatollah Javadi Amoli’s ideas in the field of education and globalization were studied in total number and through purposive sampling. According to his viewpoints, four kinds of education can be proposed in the field of educational systems with a specific output for each of them. In addition, the two divine and atheist approaches are proposed in curriculum on the global level, each of which has a specific purpose, method, content, and evaluation method. Considering the planning, policies, objectives, content, instructional strategies, and evaluation is of particular importance in every curriculum. In a curriculum with a divine approach, the nature of these elements are affected by philosophy and valuable resources of religion; and considering the abovementioned factors is an inevitable necessity.
