تاثیر هم خونی بر برخی از صفات تولیدی و تولید مثلی گاو های‌ هلشتاین در مجتمع کشت و صنعت مغان

این پژوهش به منظور برآورد ضریب هم خونی و تاثیر آن بر برخی از صفات تولیدی و تولید مثلی در گاو های هلشتاین مجتمع کشت و صنعت مغان با استفاده از اطلاعات شجره ای 17966 راس گاو هلشتاین از سال 1386 تا 1395 انجام شد. برای آماده سازی و ویرایش داده ها، برآورد ضریب هم خونی و محاسبه میزان تابعیت صفات از هم خونی به ترتیب از نرم افزار های fox pro،excel ،cfc و wombat استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد 30.12 درصد کل حیوانات هم خون بودند. میانگین ضریب هم خونی کل جمعیت و حیوانات هم خون به ترتیب 0.56 و 1.85 درصد برآورد شد. کمترین و بیشترین مقادیر هم خونی در این گله به ترتیب 0.78 و 37.5درصد مشاهده گردید. افت ناشی از هم خونی به ازای افزایش یک درصد هم خونی برای صفات میزان تولید شیر، تعداد روز های شیردهی، روز های باز و سن اولین زایش به ترتیب 15.14کیلو گرم، 1.60، 0.09 و 0.40 روز برآورد شدند، که به جز صفت سن اولین زایش از لحاظ آماری معنی دار نبودند (0.01>p). نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین ضریبهم خونی در این گله نسبت به جوامع مشابه دیگر کمتر بود، که می تواند با عواملی مانند جلوگیری از آمیزش های خویشاوندی خیلی نزدیک و تمایل به جفت گیری های کنترل شده در ارتباط باشد.

The Effect of Inbreeding on Some of Productive and Reproductive Traits of Holestein Cows in Moghan Agro- Industrial Company

This research was done to estimate of inbreeding coefficient and its effect on some of productive and reproductive traits in Moghan agroindustrial company Holstein cows with using of 17966 Holstein cows pedigree data from 2007 to 2016. For preparing and editing of data, estimate of inbreeding coefficient and traits regression content from inbreeding Fox pro, Excel, CFC and Wombat softwares were used respectively. 32.12 percent of total animals were inbreed. Inbreeding coefficient average for total population and inbreed animals in this study was calculated 0.56% and 1.85% respectively. The lowest and highest inbreeding amount in this herd was observed 0.78% and 37.5% respectively. Inbreeding depression for 1% increasing of inbreeding for milk production, number of days in milk, open days and age at first calving were estimated 15.14 kg, 1.60, 0.09 and 0.40 day respectively, except for age at first calving was not statistically significant (P&0.01). The results of this research showed, in compare with the other similar population, average of inbreeding coefficient was lower in this herd that could be related to factors like preventing of very close inbreeding and tending to controlled mating.
