تحلیلی بر اجزای طواف اختیاری راکب

طواف کعبه یکی از ارکان مهم مناسک حج و انجام این رکن به‌صورت صحیح از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. یکی از مسائلی که دربارۀ طواف مطرح است موضوعیت یا عدم‌موضوعیت گام‌نهادن در طواف است. به‌دیگر سخن، پرسش مطروحه در این باب، اجزا یا عدم‌اجزای طواف راکب در حالت اختیار و بدون عذر است. بررسی متون فقهی نشان می‌دهد دراین‌باره تضارب آرا پدید آمده و صحت چنین طوافی مورد تردید واقع شده است. این در حالی است که در حج کنونی شاهد استفاده از اسکوتر برقی برای انجام طواف هستیم. نظر به نبودِ پژوهش قابل توجه دراین‌باره، تبیین حکم این مسئله ضروری می‌نماید. پژوهش حاضر به‌شیوهٔ توصیفی‌تحلیلی به بررسی اِجزای طواف اختیاری راکب پرداخته و یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که طواف راکب، مصداقی از طواف بالاستعانه محسوب می‌شود؛ ازاین‌رو نظر به اینکه مامورٌبه در طواف، ایقاع آن با قید مباشرت است، نمی‌توان در حالت اختیار و بدون عذر، طواف راکب را مُجزی و مُسقط تکلیف به شمار آورد.

an analysis of the components of the voluntary ṭawāf performed while mounted

ṭawāf around the kaʿaba is one of the important pillars of the ḥajj ritual, and it is especially important that it is conducted correctly. one of the issues regarding ṭawāf is whether stepping is essential to this ritual. in other words, the question is whether performing ṭawāf while mounted, voluntarily and without any necessity is acceptable. an analysis of jurisprudential texts reveals a conflict of opinions regarding this issue, casting doubt on the validity of such practice. this is while electric scooters are used currently to perform ṭawāf. given the lack of scholarship, clarifying the rules is necessary. the present study employs the descriptive-analytical approach and analyzes the components of voluntary ṭawāf while mounted. the findings depict that mounted ṭawāf is an instance of ṭawāf performed with assistance (ṭawāf bil-istiʿānah). since the obligation of ṭawāf entails personal execution (mubāshirat), performing it while mounted voluntarily and without excuse cannot be considered valid or discharging of religious responsibility.
