بررسی تطبیقی تبیین نسبت لفظ و معنا از دیدگاه سوسور و محمدباقر صدر

زبان‌شناسی و اصول فقه دو علم با تعریف و غایتی متفاوت‌اند. با این‌همه موضوعات متعددی را می‌توان برشمرد که در هر دو دانش به آن پرداخته شده است. نسبت لفظ و معنا یکی از این موضوعات است که هم از مبادی دانش زبان‌شناسی است و هم اصول فقه. شهید صدر در این زمینه نظریۀ جدیدی را تحت‌عنوانِ قرن اکید ارائه کرده، سوسور نیز به‌عنوان پدر علم زبان‌شناسیِ نوین به شکل مبسوطی نسبت بین لفظ و معنا را بررسی و نظرات خود را بیان کرده است. ازآنجایی‌که موضوع پژوهش زبان است، در سه مسئله می‌توان دیدگاه آن دو را به‌صورت تطبیقی بررسی کرد: نسبت قوۀ ناطقه‌ای که سوسور بیان می‌کند با قوانین تکوینی سه‌گانه‌ای که شهید صدر به آن پرداخته، جایگاه دلالت و تشخیص دالّ و مدلول در الفاظ و سرانجام اختیاری یا اجباری‌بودن نسبت بین لفظ و معنا. بررسی و تطبیق نظریات این دو اندیشمند که هر دو از نظرگاهی متفاوت به این بحث پرداخته‌اند، می‌تواند زمینه‌‌های فهم هرچه بهتر این مسئله را در دو رشته فراهم کند.

A Comparative Study of the Explanation of the Relation between Term and Meaning from the Perspective of Saussure and Mohammad Baqir Sadr

Linguistics and Usul alFiqh are two sciences with different definitions and objectives. However, there are several topics dealt with in both sciences. The relationship between term and meaning is one of the above said topics which are both among the basics of linguistics and Usul alFiqh. Shahid Sadr has proposed a new theory titled close connection, Saussure, as the father of modern linguistics, has extensively examined the relationship between term and meaning and expressed his views. Since the topic of this research is language, the viewpoints of the two thinkers may be examined comparatively from three aspects: the relation between the faculty of speech stated by Saussure and the three natural laws addressed by Shahid Sadr, the place of signification and determination of signifier and signified in terms and finally, the optional or mandatory nature of the relation between term and meaning. Examining and comparing the theories of these two thinkers, who have both discussed this topic from different perspectives, can provide the grounds for a better understanding of this issue in the two disciplines.
