عوامل فرهنگی مرتبط با نگرش مهاجران افغانستانی نسبت به ایرانیان (مورد مطالعه: مهاجران افغانستانی ساکن شهر یزد)

مهاجرت افغانستانی ها به ایران واقعیتی انکارناپذیر، پدیدۀ چند بعدی و با آثار و کارکردهای مختلف است که در آن تعاملات و مناسبات دو جامعۀ میزبان و مهاجر، مطلوب نبوده و گزارشی بر پایه سازگاری و ادغام ارائه نمی شود. این مسئله به افزایش آسیب های مهاجران و کاهش مزیت های حضورشان منجر شده است؛ زیراکه نگرش ها تعیین کننده و جه تدهندۀ رفتارها و تصمیم های افراد هستند. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به منظور بررسی عوامل فرهنگی مرتبط با نگرش مهاجران افغانستانی مقیم یزد نسبت به جامعۀ میزبان انجام گرفته و از لحاظ معیار وسعت پهنانگر و به روش پیمایشی با رویکرد توصیفی تبیینی انجام شده است. داده ها، با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و درمقیاس لیکرت جمع آوری شده و جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، مهاجران افغانستانی مقیم یزد است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 384 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه های پژوهش انتخاب شده اند. نمونه های پژوهش به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای سه مرحله ای انتخاب شده اند. داده ها با نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 توصیف و تحلیل شده است. یافته ها نشان داد که نگرش مهاجران به جامعۀ میزبان، بالاتر از میانگین و مثبت بوده است. جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل و مذهب با نگرش این مهاجران نسبت به جامعۀ میزبان تفاوت معناداری داشته است؛ اما بین متغیر تحصیلات، قومیت، زبان، شغل، درآمد و هزینۀ ماهیانه با متغیر وابسته تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشته است. از عوامل دیگر سن، بعد خانوار و مدت اقامت و همچنین سه متغیر مستقل انتظار از وجوه مشترک فرهنگی و تاریخی دو ملت، باورهای هنجاری مهاجران دربارۀ شهروندان یزدی و تبلیغات و برنامه های رسانه ها با نگرش این مهاجران به جامعۀ میزبان همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیونی گام به گام نشان داد که متغیرهای اصلی و متغیر بعد خانوار و متغیر مدت اقامت در شهر یزد، حدود 6 درصد از تغییرات دامنۀ متغیر وابسته را تبیین میکنند. نتایج این پژوهشنشان دهندۀ زمینه های مساعد درآمیختن مهاجران در جامعۀ میزبان و امکان افزایش مزیت های حضور و ارتقای تعاملات میان دو جامعه است و در تقویت نگرش های مثبت بین دو جامعه، کاهش آسیب ها، مشکلات مهاجران، تحکیم روابط و مناسبات دو ملت اثرگذار است و سیاست گذاران می توانند از یافته های این پژوهش در جهت ادغام و سازگاری بیشتر مهاجران، افزایش مزیت های حضور آنان و زدودن فضاهای نفرت و تفرقه استفاده کنند.

cultural factors related to the attitude of afghan immigrants towards iranians (study case: afghan immigrants living in yazd)

the purpose of this research is to investigate the cultural factors related to the attitudes of afghan immigrants residing in yazd towards the host community. this study, in terms of its practical purpose, and in terms of its criteria and scope, has been conducted using a survey method and a descriptive-explanatory approach. the data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and on a likert scale, and the population of the study consisted of afghan immigrants residing in yazd, of whom 384 individuals were selected as samples using the cochran formula. the samples were selected through a three-stage cluster sampling method. the findings showed that the attitudes of immigrants towards the host community were above average and positive. gender, marital status, and religion had a significant difference in the attitudes of these immigrants towards the host community. however, there was no significant difference between the variables of education, ethnicity, language, occupation, income, and monthly expenses with the dependent variable. additionally, age, family size, length of stay, and three independent variables; expectations of common cultural and historical aspects of the two nations, immigrant norms about yazdi citizens, and media advertising and programs showed a positive and significant correlation with the attitudes of these immigrants towards the host community. the step-by-step regression test results also showed that the main variables, family size variable, and length of stay variable in yazd city explain about 6% of the variation in the dependent variable. the results of this research indicate favorable conditions for the integration of these immigrants and the possibility of increasing the advantages of their presence as well as enhancing interactions between the two immigrant and host communities.
