بررسی ساختار انواع کتابچه‌های نظامی دوره قاجاریه (مطالعه موردی: ایالت خراسان)

اسناد به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین منابع پژوهشی، از اهمیت و ارزش فراوانی در تحقیقات یک دوره تاریخی برخوردار هستند و در مواردی تنها شواهد حکایت‌کننده از تغییر و تحولات یک جامعه انسانی محسوب می‌شوند. هدف این پژوهش، طرح مباحث جدید در حوزه ساختارشناسی کتابچه‌های نظامی دوره قاجار است که بر اساس حوزه‌های مختلف جغرافیایی، ازجمله ایالت خراسان تنظیم شده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آرشیوی تحلیلی است که با بررسی ده هزار برگ از اسناد نظامی مرکز اسناد آستان قدس رضوی که محدوده 1292-1268ق را در بر می‌گیرد، سعی دارد تا با طرح مسئله در رابطه با انواع کتابچه‌های نظامی، محتوا و شیوه تنظیم آن‌ها به پرسش‌های این پژوهش، پاسخ دهد. پیشینه پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تاکنون در این رابطه، پژوهشی صورت نگرفته است. اهمیت این کتابچه‌ها از آن جهت است که با بررسی آن‌ها می‌توان اطلاعات جامع و نوینی در رابطه با نظام دیوانی و تشکیلات نظامی ایران عصر قاجاریه به دست آورد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که کتابچه‌های نظامی دوره قاجاریه دارای انواع مختلفی همچون کتابچه‌های دستورالعمل، کتابچه‌های پرداخت مواجب، صورت جمع و خرج، سررشته توجیهات و مقررات، صورت‌حساب ولایات، صورت نفرات و بنیچه‌بندی بوده است که بر اساس اصول دیوانی و اسلوب سیاق و سیاق‌نویسی تهیه می‌شدند.

investigating the structure of various military booklets during the qajar period (case study: khorasan province)

documents, as one of the most important research sources, hold significant importance and value in the studies of a historical period and in some cases are the only evidence of the changes and developments within a human society. the aim of this research is to present new topics in the field of structural analysis of military booklets during the qajar period, which have been arranged based on various geographical areas, including the khorasan province. the present study is an analytical archival research that aims to answer the research questions by posing a problem related to the types of military booklets, their content, and organization methods through the examination of ten thousand pages of military documents from the central documents of astan quds razavi covering the period of 1268-1292 ah. the research background shows that no research has been conducted in this regard so far. the significance of these booklets lies in the fact that by examining them, comprehensive and novel information regarding the administrative system and military organizations of iran during the qajar period can be obtained. the findings indicate that military booklets during the qajar period included various types such as instructional booklets, payment booklets, income and expenditure statements, regulations and instructions, provincial accounts, personnel lists, and classifications, which were prepared based on administrative principles and writing styles of the time.
