قاعده الواحد از منظر میرزا مهدی آشتیانی

قاعده «الواحد لایصدر عنه الا الواحد» یکی از اساسیترین قواعدی است که در فلسفه و بطور خاص در مباحث چگونگی پیدایش جهان به آن استناد میشود. این قاعده در طول تاریخ فلسفه سبب بروز منازعات بسیاری شده است؛ تعداد زیادی از فیلسوفان برای بیان نظریه جهان‌شناختی خود به این قاعده استناد کرده اند و گروهی دیگر آن را با قدرت و اختیار مطلق حق‌تعالی کاملاً ناسازگار دانسته‌اند و بهمین دلیل به مخالفت شدید با آن پرداخته اند. میرزا مهدی آشتیانی از جمله علمایی است که برغم اینکه فیلسوفی مشهور و دارای آراء بدیع بسیار است، کمتر به آراء وی پرداخته شده است. او توجه بسیاری به قاعده الواحد داشته و با چندین برهان عقلی و نقلی و استناد به آیات و روایات گوناگون، بدنبال اثبات آن بوده است. پژوهش حاضر که با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با نظر به مستندات تاریخی گردآوری شده، تلاش میکند نخست منشا پیدایش قاعده الواحد را بررسی کرده و سیر تاریخی آن را در میان حکما بیان نماید، سپس به بیان دیدگاه میرزا مهدی آشتیانی در باب قاعده الواحد پرداخته و براهین عقلی و نقلی مورد استناد وی را تحلیل و بررسی میکند.

A Study of the Rule of the One from the Viewpoint of Mīrzā Mahdī Āshtīyānī

The rule of the one or al-wāḥid (nothing proceeds from the one, but one) is one of the most fundamental rules which is referred to in philosophy and, particularly, in discussions on the quality of the creation of the world. This principle has provoked several debates in the history of philosophy, and many philosophers have resorted to it when explaining their own cosmological views. However, some philosophers have found it completely inconsistent with the absolute power and will of Almighty Truth and harshly criticized it. Mīrzā Mahdī Āshtīyānī is one of the scholars, who, in spite of being a well-known philosopher and presenting a great number of innovative ideas, has not received the attention that he truly deserves. He studied the “rule of the one” extensively and intended to demonstrate it based on several rational and traditional arguments and through resorting to various Qur’anic verses and narrations. Following a descriptive-analytic method and based on several historical documents, the present study initially explores the origin of the rule of the one and its historical development among philosophers. Next, it presents the view of Mīrzā Mahdī Āshtīyānī regarding the rule of the one and analyzes and examines his rational and traditional arguments.
