تاثیر جایگزینی کنجالۀ سویا و کنجالۀ پنبه‌دانه با کنستانتره مخلوط بر ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد، گوارش پذیری ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻐﺬی، رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺼﺮف ﺧﻮراک، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺷﯿﺮ و ﻓﺮاﺳﻨﺠﻪﻫﺎی ﺧﻮﻧﯽ ﻣﯿﺶ ﻫﺎی داﻻق

به منظور بررسی اثر جایگزینی کنجالۀ سویا و کنجالۀ پنبه‌دانه با کنسانتره مخلوط بر عملکرد، گوارش پذیری، رفتار مصرف خوراک، ترکیبات شیر و فراسنجه‌های خونی میش‌های دالاق از تعداد 21 راس میش شیری با میانگین وزنی 2.6±38 کیلوگرم در 3 تیمار و 7 تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. . ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﺟﯿﺮه‌ ﺣﺎوی ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ، ﺟﯿﺮه‌ ﺣﺎوی ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﭘﻨﺒﻪداﻧﻪ و ﺟﯿﺮه‌ ﺣﺎوی ﮐﻨﺴﺎﻧﺘﺮه‌ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽداری در وزن ﻧﻬﺎیی ﻣﯿﺶﻫﺎ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن دوره، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن روزاﻧﻪ و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ ﻣﺎده‌ . ﺧﺸﮏ ﻣﺼﺮﻓﯽ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه‌ ﮐﻨﺴﺎﻧﺘﺮه‌ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط )1200/46( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎی درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه‌ ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ )1142/84( و ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﭘﻨﺒﻪداﻧﻪ )1121/50( اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ )0/01>p(. در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه‌ ﮐﻨﺴﺎﻧﺘﺮه‌ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط )895/70( در ﻣﻘﺪار ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺷﯿﺮ روزاﻧﻪ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداری ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎی درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه‌ ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ )754/87 (و ﭘﻨﺒﻪداﻧﻪ )787/45 (ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ )0/01>p(. ﮔﻮارشﭘﺬﯾﺮی ﻣﺎده‌ ﺧﺸﮏ، ﻣﺎده‌آﻟﯽ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﺧﺎم در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه‌ ﮐﻨﺴﺎﻧﺘﺮه‌ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ )0/05>p اﻣﺎ ﮔﻮار( شﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﻟﯿﺎف ﻧﺎﻣﺤﻠﻮل در ﺷﻮﯾﻨﺪ ﺧﻨﺜﯽ ﺗﺤﺖه‌ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ در ﺑﯿﻦ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽداری از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﻠﻮﮔﺰ، ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول، ﺗﺮیﮔﻠﯿﺴﯿﺮﯾﺪ، ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﻞ، آﻟﺒﻮﻣﯿﻦ و ﮔﻠﻮﺑﻮﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ اﻣﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن اورهای ﺧﻮن در ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎی درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ و ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﭘﻨﺒﻪداﻧﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﺗﯿﻤﺎر درﯾﺎﻓﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه‌ ﮐﻨﺴﺎﻧﺘﺮه‌ ﻣﺨﻠﻮطﺑﻮ د )0/05>p( ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ. ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﮐﻨﺴﺎﻧﺘﺮه ﻣﺨﻠﻮط را ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﺳﻮﯾﺎ و ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﮥ ﭘﻨﺒﻪداﻧﻪ در ﺟﯿﺮه‌ ﻣﯿﺶﻫﺎی داﻻق ﻧﻤﻮد.

the effect of replacing soybean meal and cottonseed meal with mixed concentrate on performance, digestibility of nutrients, feed intake behavior, milk composition and blood parameters of dalagh ewes

in order to investigate the effect of replacing soybean meal and cottonseed meal with mixed concentrate on performance, digestibility of nutrients, feed intake behavior, milk composition and blood parameters of dalagh ewes, from 21 lactating ewes with an average body weight 38±2.6 kg were used in a completely randomized design with 3 treatments and 7 replications. the experimental groups were included: diet with soybean meal, diet with cottonseed meal and diet with mixed concentrate. the results showed that there is no significant difference between the experimental treatments in the final weight, daily weight gain and feed conversion rate of ewes. dry matter intake of the treatment receiving mixed concentrate (1200.46), increased compared to treatments receiving soybean meal (1142.84) and cottonseed meal (1121.50) (p<0.01). in the treatment receiving mixed concentrate (895.70), a significant increase was observed in the amount of daily milk production compared to the treatments receiving soybean meal (754.87) and cottonseed meal (787.45) (p<0.01). the digestibility of dry matter, organic matter and crude protein increased in the treatment receiving mixed concentrate (p<0.05), but the digestibility of ndf was not affected by the experimental treatments. no significant difference was observed in terms of glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, albumin and globulin between different treatments, but the concentration of blood urea nitrogen in the treatments receiving soybean meal and cottonseed meal was higher than the treatment receiving mixed concentrate (p<0.05). according to results, mixed concentrate can be replaced with soybean meal and cottonseed meal in dalagh ewe's diet.
