چکیده
|
در این پژوهش، میزان غلظت ده عنصر (آرسنیک، آهن، جیوه، روی، سرب، سلنیوم، کادمیوم، مس، منگنز و نیکل) در بافت خوراکی عضله 30 قطعه ماهی شاه‌کولی (alburnus chalcoides) صید شده توسط تور پرتابی سالیک از رودخانه سیاه‌درویشان استان گیلان در تابستان 1395، به وسیله دستگاه طیف‌سنجی جذب اتمی varian مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مقدار پایین‌ترین و بالاترین تجمع عناصر به ترتیب: روی 30.17 26.75، آهن 18.27 16.89، مس 3.25 2.76، منگنز 1.15 0.98، سلنیوم 0.78 0.75، سرب 0.85 0.67، کادمیوم 0.29 0.27، آرسنیک 0.28 0.23، نیکل 0.21 0.18 و جیوه 0.096 0.087 میکروگرم بر گرم وزن خشک، مشخص گردید. با توجه به یافته‌های این تحقیق، میانگین غلظت تمام عناصر در بافت عضله ماهی شاه‌کولی به غیر از چهار عنصر منگنز (0.096 ± 1.045)، آرسنیک (0.027 ± 0.262)، سرب (0.072 ± 0.748) و کادمیوم (0.011 ± 0.284)، کم‌تر از حد مجاز توصیه شده توسط استاندارد جهانی fao/who قرار داشتند.

Abstract
|
In this study, concentration of ten elements (As, Fe, Hg, Zn, Pb, Se, Cd, Cu, Mn, Ni) in the edible muscle tissue of 30 Caspian shemaya (Alburnus chalcoides) Caught with cast net in the summer of 2016 from Siah Darvishan river, Guilan province, Iran were investigated by using Varian Atomic absorption spectroscopy. The lowest and highest mean accumulation of elements were observed, as follows: Zinc 26.75 30.17, Iron 16.89 18.27, Copper 2.76 3.25, Manganese 0.98 1.15, Selenium 0.75 0.78, Lead 0.67 0.85, Cadmium 0.27 0.29, Arsenic 0.23 0.28, Nickel 0.18 0.21 and Mercury 0.087 0.096 microgram per gram dry weight, respectively. According to the results of this research, mean concentrations of all elements in the muscle tissue of Caspian shemaya, except the four elements; Manganese (1/045 ± 0/096), Arsenic (0/262 ± 0/027), Lead (0/748 ± 0/072) and Cadmium (0/284 ± 0/011) were found to be lower than recommended threshold limit value of FAO/WHO international standard.
