چکیده
|
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش زنان دانشگاهی در توسعه ی پایدار و همه جانبه است. جامعه ی پژوهش مقالات مرتبط با موضوع نقش زنان دانشگاهی در توسعه می باشد. نمونه ی پژوهش، مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاه های داده های داخلی در فاصله زمانی 1370 تا 1399 بود که از میان 317 پژوهش انجام گرفته در این حوزه، مقالات غیرمرتبط حذف گردید و سرانجام 14 مقاله بر اساس موضوع و هدف دسته بندی گردید. طرح پژوهش از نوع تحلیل – توصیفی است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش استنادی و کتابخانه ای استفاده شد. بر اساس اطلاعات گردآوری شده، نقش زنان دانشگاهی در توسعه پایدار و همه جانبه ی کشور بررسی و تحلیل شد. نتایج حاصل از مطالعه نشان داد که زنان دانشگاهی در توسعه ی اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، علمی و سیاسی کشور نقش مهمی را ایفا می کنند. بیشترین و کمترین نقش زنان دانشگاهی به ترتیب در توسعه ی اقتصادی و توسعه ی سیاسی عنوان شده است. از نتایج این پژوهش در تدوین برنامه های آتی توسعه کشور می توان استفاده نمود.

Abstract
|
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of university graduated women in sustainable and inclusive development. The research population was the published articles related to the role of university graduated women in development. The research sample was the articles indexed in internal databases in the period of 1991 to 2020, which studied the role of university graduated women in development. Citation and library methods were applied to collect data. Based on the collected data, the role of university graduated women in the sustainable and inclusive development of the country was studied and analyzed. The results of the study showed that university graduated women played an important role in the economic, social, cultural, scientific and political development of the country. The highest and lowest roles of academic women were mentioned in economic development and political development, respectively. The results of this research could be used in formulating future development plans of the country.
