زمینه های شکل گیری احادیث موضوعه در حوزه ی زنان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین زمینه های رشد احادیث موضوعه در مورد زنان و معین نمودن نقش هر کدام از زمینه ها در گسترش احادیث مجعول می باشد. جامعه مورد بررسی شامل کتب الموضوعات می باشد. نمونه پژوهش احادیث موضوعه در مورد زنان و معین نمودن نقش هر کدام از زمینه ها در گسترش احادیث مجعول علیه زنان است. طرح پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی است. اطلاعات از طریق اسنادی و کتابخانه ای به دست آمد. تحلیل با استفاده از داده های به دست آمده از موضوعات واحادیث موضوعه ی مطرح در کتب الموضوعات به دست آمد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که شرایط تاریخی جامعه ی اسلامی زمینه ساز وضع و جعل حدیث در مورد زنان بوده است. زمینه های جعل حدیث در مورد زنان در زمینه های فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی قابل تقسیم است: از زمینه های فرهنگی می توان به غلبه ی فرهنگ مردسالاری ، وجود نگرش منفی نسبت به هویت زن و ترویج افکار اهل کتاب بین مسلمین اشاره نمود. نفوذ معاندین دین در بین مسلمانان از زمینه های سیاسی بوده و وجود اقتضائات اجتماعی دوران بعد از پیامبر (ص) از زمینه های اجتماعی محسوب می شود. با فراهم بودن این زمینه ها احادیث زن ستیز جعل شده و بعد از جعل به علت پذیرش از سوی جامعه ی مردان و به علت رویکرد تسامح آمیز محدثان در نقل اخبار غیر احکام بدون بررسی در لابلای متون روایی جای گرفته است.

Grounds for The Formation of Fake Hadiths in The Field of Women

The purpose of this study was to explain the background of the development of hadiths on women and to determine the role of each field in the development of fake hadiths. The study population included “Almozooat” books. The sample subsumed the subjects of the hadiths about women and determining the role of each field in the spread of false hadiths against women. The research design was descriptiveanalytical. Data was obtained through documents and libraries. The analysis was conducted based on the obtained data from the topics and hadiths of the topic in the “Almozooat” books. The results of the research showed that the historical conditions of the Islamic society were the basis for the fake hadith about women. The grounds for fake hadith about women were divided into cultural, social and political contexts: Cultural contexts included the dominance of patriarchal culture, the existence of a negative attitude towards women’s identity and the promotion of the thoughts of the believers among Muslims. The influence of religious opponents among Muslims was a political issue and the existence of social requirements in the postProphet era was considered as a social issue. Therefore, antifeminist hadiths were falsified, and after the falsification, due to the acceptance by the male community and due to the negligent approach of the narrators in narrating noncommandments news and without any critique review, they were inserted in the narrative texts.
