بررسی سطح مشارکت سیاسی زنان شاغل در آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 2 اهواز

زنان به عنوان یک گروه تاثیر گذار در مشارکت و بالاخص مشارکت سیاسی نقش مهمی در تصمیم گیری های سیاسی دارند. پژوهش حاضر در جهت بررسی سطح مشارکت سیاسی زنان فرهنگی (آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 2 شهرستان اهواز) و عوامل مرتبط با آن می باشد که سعی دارد نگرش زنان فرهنگی به مشارکت سیاسی خصوصا در سطوح تصمیم گیری وتصمیم سازی را بررسی کند. چهارچوب تحقیق نظرلستر میلبراث در کتاب مشارکت سیاسی است. در تحقیق حاضر براساس مدل بیان شده، رابطه بین متغیرهای مستقل همچون موقعیت و پایگاه طبقانی، وضعیت اشتغال، وضعیت تامل، سن، میزان تحصیلات، محل سکونت، اعتماد وتعهد به نظام سیاسی ،پیروی از فرهنگ خانواده ،احساس اثر بخشی ،احساس بی عدالتی وآکاهی سیاسی با متغیر وابسته یعنی میزان مشارکت سیاسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تحقیق حاضراز نوع مطالعه میدانی با استفاده از روش پیمایشی ،تحلیلی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان، مدیران، معاونان، مربیان پرورشی، مشاوران شاغل درآموزش وپرورش ناحیه 2شهرستان اهواز در هر سه مقطع تحصیلی ابتدایی-راهنمایی-متوسطه در سال تحصیلی 91-90 می باشد .که طبق برآوردهای انجام شده بالغ بر 2850نفربوده که از طریق فرمول کوکران نمونه بدست آمده برابر با 300نفر به عنوان نمونه در نظرگرفته شد.بر اساس یافته های تحقیق نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که مولفه هایی چون وضعیت تاهل،سن،رشته تحصیلی،وضعیت اجتماعی و اقتصادی بر میزان مشارکت سیاسی زنان تاثیرگذار نبوده، در حالیکه متغییرهایی چون اعتماد و تعهد به نظام سیاسی،نگرش مذهبی و احساس بی عدالتی می توانند بر میزان مشارکت سیاسی تاثیرگذار باشد.ست.

The Political Participation Level Evaluation of Working Women in the Department of Education and Training in Region 2 of Ahvaz

Women, as an influential group in participation, especially political participation, play an important role in political decisionmaking. The present study was to evaluate the level of political participation of women (working in the Department of Education and Training in region 2 of Ahvaz) and the related factors. It aims were to examine these women’s attitude toward political participation, especially at decisionmaking and decisioncreating levels. The conceptual framework of the study is Lester Milbrath’s view in the Political Participation book. Based on this framework, the relationship between independent variables like social class and status, employment status, age, education, residence, selfcommitment to the political system, following the family’s culture, sense of efficacy, perceived injustice and political awareness and the dependent variable, namely political participation was examined. The present study is a field study and is carried out by survey and analytical procedures. The population included all the teachers, educational instructors, and counselors working in elementary, secondary and high schools in region 2 of Ahvaz in the academic year 20112012. Based on the estimates, they outnumbered 2850; using Cochran’s formula, the sample subsumed 300 subjects. The findings of the study suggested that factors like marital status, age, education, social and economic conditions did not affect women’s political participation; however, variables like trust and commitment to the political system, religious attitudes and perceived injustice could influence the political participation of women.
