کشف و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر طلاق خاکستری: یک مطالعه داده بنیاد

مقدمه: شیوع روز افزون طلاق خاکستری در جامعه و پیامدهای این نوع طلاق ضرورت شناسایی عوامل موثر بر این پدیده را دوچندان کرده است، از این رو پژوهش حاضر در قالب یک مطالعه کیفی به شناسایی عوامل علی موثر بر طلاق خاکستری پرداخته است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی  و از نوع طرح های داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را تمامی زنان و مردان بالای 50 سال و روانشناسان و مشاوران و جامعه شناسان شهر تهران در سال 1402 تشکیل می دادند. در این مطالعه حجم نمونه پس از رسیدن به اشباع نظری برابر با 21 نفر تعیین شد که شامل 8 نفر روانشناس، 4 نفر جامعه شناس و 9 نفر زن و مرد بالای 50 سال بود که این افراد با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند. در این پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد، همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از استراتژی اشتراوس و کوربین و نرم افزار maxqda-2020 استفاده گردید.یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که پس از کدگذاری 38 مقوله استخراج شد و این مقولات 15 کد محوری را تشکیل می دادند که در قالب کد انتخابی عوامل علی موثر بر طلاق خاکستری قرار گرفتند.نتیجه‌گیری:  با توجه به نتایج پژوهش به نظر می‌رسد که شناسایی عوامل موثر بر طلاق خاکستری می‌تواند باعث افزایش آگاهی زوجین، متخصصان  و مداخله‌گران حوزه طلاق خاکستری شود و بستر لازم را برای انجام اقدامات و مداخلات موثر و کارآمد در زمینه طلاق خاکستری ارتقا دهد.

understanding the causes of gray divorce: a grounded theory study

introduction: the rising rate of gray divorce and its far-reaching consequences necessitate a deeper understanding of its underlying causes.  this research employs a qualitative approach to identify the factors contributing to marital dissolution in later life.method: this study utilized a grounded theory approach.  participants included 9 individuals over 50 experiencing or having experienced divorce (4 men and 5 women) and 12 professionals (8 psychologists and 4 sociologists) in tehran, iran, during the year 1402 (persian calendar).  participants were selected through purposive sampling.  data collection involved semi-structured interviews, and data analysis was conducted using the strauss and corbin methodology and maxqda 2020 software.  theoretical saturation was reached with a sample size of 21.results: analysis of the interview data yielded 38 categories, which were then synthesized into 15 core codes representing the causal factors influencing gray divorce.  [it would be beneficial to briefly list or categorize some of these core codes here for greater impact.  for example:  &these core codes spanned themes such as: changing expectations in later life, accumulated unresolved conflict, shifts in individual identity, and the impact of adult children.conclusion: the identified causal factors provide valuable information for couples, specialists, and interventionists working in the field of gray divorce.  these insights can enhance awareness, inform preventative measures, and improve the effectiveness of interventions designed to support couples facing the challenges of long-term relationships and potentially reduce the negative impact of gray divorce.
