پیش‌بینی اعتیاد به اینترنت براساس انواع چشم‌انداز ‌زمانی و الگوهای روابط ‌موضوعی در دانش‌آموزان

مقدمه: نگرش فرد نسبت به زمان و روابط کودکی وی می تواند نقش مهمی در تمایلات رفتاری هنجار، نابهنجار و ‌در نتیجه رفتارهای اعتیادی وی داشته باشد؛ بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش پیش بینی اعتیاد به اینترنت براساس انواع  چشم انداز زمانی و الگوهای روابط موضوعی بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی دانش آموزان دختر دوره اول متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی1400-1401 بودند که از میان آنها 311 نفر با شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه پژوهشی انتخاب شدند. داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه های اعتیاد به اینترنت (یانگ، 1998)، چشم انداز زمانی(زیمباردو، 1999) و روابط موضوعی(بل، 1995) جمع آوری شدند و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که  از چشم اندازهای زمانی، حال لذت گرا، گذشته گرایی مثبت و آینده نگری هدفمند، و از روابط موضوعی خودمحوری توانستند اعتیاد به اینترنت را در دانش آموزان دختر به طور معناداری پیش بینی کنند. رابطه بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و چشم انداز زمانی حال( لذت گرا و جبرگرا) ، گذشته گرایی منفی با اعتیاد به اینترنت، مثبت و معنادار و با سایر چشم اندازهای زمانی منفی و معنادار بود. رابطه بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و همه الگوهای روابط موضوعی یعنی خودمحوری، بیگانگی و بی کفایتی اجتماعی و دلبستگی ناایمن نیز مثبت و معنادار بود (0.05≥ p).نتیجه گیری:  با توجه به تایید نقش چشم‌انداز زمانی و روابط موضوعی در پیش بینی اعتیاد به اینترنت افراد، پیشنهاد می شود در پیشگیری از اعتیاد به اینترنت به این متغیرها بیشتر توجه شود.

predicting internet addiction through various time perspectives and object relations in students

introduction: an individual’s attitude toward time and their childhood relationships can significantly influence their behaviors, both normal and abnormal, as well as their tendencies toward addiction. this research aims to predict internet addiction by examining various types of time perspectives and patterns of object relations.method: this study was descriptive and correlational in nature, focusing on first-year female secondary school students in tehran during the 2021-2022 academic year. from this population, 311 students were selected as the research sample using convenience sampling. data were collected through three instruments: the internet addiction questionnaire (young, 1998), the time perspective inventory (zimbardo, 1999), and the object relations inventory (bell, 1995). the data were analyzed using pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.findings: the results of the data analysis indicated that among the different time perspectives, a hedonistic present orientation, a positive past perspective, and a goal-oriented future outlook, along with self-centeredness in object relations, significantly predicted internet addiction among female students. the relationship between internet addiction and both hedonistic and fatalistic present time perspectives, as well as negative past orientation, was found to be positive and significant. conversely, the relationship with other time perspectives was negative and significant. additionally, internet addiction showed a positive and significant relationship with all patterns of object relations, including self-centeredness, alienation, social incompetence, and insecure attachment (p ≤ 0.05).conclusion: given the confirmed role of time perspective and object relations in predicting internet addiction, it is recommended that these variables receive greater attention in the prevention of internetaddiction.
