مقایسه تنهایی اجتماعی، تعارض زناشویی و باور به دنیای عادلانه در مادران با و بدون کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی

مقدمه: وجود فرزند با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی در خانواده عملکرد خانواده را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تنهایی اجتماعی، تعارض زناشویی و باور به دنیای عادلانه در مادران با و بدون کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی انجام گرفت.روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مادران با و بدون کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی در سال 1401 بود و نمونه پژوهش 400 نفر (200 نفر برای گروه با اختلال نقص توجه بیش فعالی و 200 نفر گروه عادی) بودند که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس تنهایی اجتماعی دی توماسو، برانن و بست (2004)، پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی ثنایی (1379) و پرسشنامه باور به دنیای عادلانه ساتون و داگلاس (2005) پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و با نرم افزار spss-23 تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین مادران با و بدون کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی از لحاظ تنهایی اجتماعی، تعارض زناشویی و باور به دنیای عادلانه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0/05 >p).نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش بر اهمیت توجه به تنهایی اجتماعی، تعارض زناشویی و باور به دنیای عادلانه در مادران با کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی تاکید می‌کند و تلویحات کاربردی مهمی جهت مداخله‌های آموزشی دارد.

comparison of social loneliness, marital conflict and belief in a just world in mothers with and without children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder

introduction: the presence of a child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in a family can affect the performance of the family. this study aims to compare social loneliness, marital conflict, and belief in a just world in mothers with and without children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.method: the statistical population includes mothers with and without children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in the year 2022. the research sample includes 400 mothers (200 with children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and 200 without children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder). the participants responded to ditommaso et al, social loneliness scale (2004), sanai’s marital conflict questionnaire (2000), and sutton douglas’s belief in a just world questionnaire (2005). the data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance and spss-23 software.results: the results show that there is a significant difference between mothers with and without children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in terms of social loneliness, marital conflict, and belief in a just world (p<0.05).conclusion: findings emphasize the importance of paying attention to social loneliness, marital conflict, and belief in a just world in mothers with children suffering from attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and have an important role in educational interventions.
