بررسی مطالعه تطبیقی اهداف و فعالیت‎های یادگیری مقطع کارشناسی رشته حقوق در دانشگاه‎های برتر جهان با رویکرد تلفیق با کار

هدف مقاله حاضر مطالعه تطبیقی اهداف و فعالیت‎های یادگیری مقطع کارشناسی رشته حقوق در دانشگاه‎های برتر جهان با رویکرد تلفیق با کار بود. پژوهش کاربردی توصیفی، با استفاده از روش مطالعه تطبیقی جرج بردی انجام شد. در این روش اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک موجود در سایت‎ دانشگاه‎های منتخب گردآوری شده است، سپس به‌صورت مقوله‌های مجزا طبقه‌بندی و مورد بررسی، مقایسه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل برنامه‎درسی رشته حقوق در دانشگاه‎های جهان می‎شود و ده دانشگاه برتر به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس سه پایگاه رتبه‌بندی شانگهای، تایمز و اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد از میان انواع یادگیری همراه با کار، ارائه دروس مهارتی و کارورزی در برنامه‌درسی رشته حقوق بیشتر مورد توجه دانشگاه‌های برتر دنیا قرار گرفته است. مهم‌ترین اهداف در یادگیری همراه با کار، ارتقا و تعمیق دانش نظری و تمرین مهارت‌های عمومی مورد انتظار محیط کار می‌باشد. توجه به فعالیت‎های عمومی و تخصصی رشته حقوق به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین فعالیت‎های یادگیری همراه با کار مطرح شده‌است.

 the purpose of this article was to study the objectives and learning activities of the bachelor's degree in law in the top universities of the world with the approach of integrating with work. descriptive applied research was carried out using george brody's comparative study method. the information needed for the research has been collected using existing documents and documents، then classified into separate categories and subjected to investigation، analysis and comparison. the statistical population includes the curriculum of the field of law in the universities of the world and the top 10 universities are targeted and based on three ranking bases, shanghai، times، and graduate employability rankings has taken place. the method was comparative-analytical. the results showed that among the types of work-integrated learning، the provision of skill courses and internships in the curriculum of the field of law has received the most attention of the world's top universities. the most important goals in work-integrated learning are to improve and deepen theoretical knowledge paying attention to the general and specialized activities of the field of law has been proposed as the most important work-integrated learning activities
