مرور نظام‌مند مطالعات انجام شده درباره‌ی ارتباط برنامه‌های‌درسی دانشگاه‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای و انتظارات بازارکار

هدف پژوهش حاضر آگاهی از ارتباط بین برنامه درسی دانشگاه فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای و انتظارات بازارکار بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی، از نوع مرور نظام‌مند، انجام شد. ابتدا از میان 523 مقاله پژوهشی و به روش پریزما 24 مقاله، پس از رعایت ملاک‏های ورود و خروج، انتخاب و با مطالعه و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات براساس منابع موجود، بررسی شدند. به طور کلی سه مضمون تحلیلی چالش‌های اشتغال، به کارگیرندگان فارغ‌التحصیلان و برنامه‌درسی دانشگاه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای و شش مضمون توصیفی موانع استخدام فارغ‌التحصیلان، موانع زیرساختی در آموزش عالی، مهارت‌های اشتغال‌پذیری، مشارکت کارفرمایان و آموزش عالی، یادگیری تجربی و توسعه و بروز رسانی برنامه‌درسی استخراج گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین برنامه‌های‌درسی دانشگاه فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای و دیدگاه افرادی که این فارغ‌التحصیلان را استخدام می‌کنند رابطه‌ای وجود ندارد. رابطه بین ذینفعان مشارکتی نبوده و توازن میان آموزش و بازارکار برقرار نیست.

a systematic review of the studies conducted on the relationship between the consequences of the curricula of technical and vocational universities and the expectations of the job market

the aim of the current research was to know the relationship between the consequences of the technical and vocational university curriculum and the expectations of the job market. this research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of systematic review type. first, among 523 research articles, 24 articles were selected and analyzed by studying and collecting information based on the available sources, after checking the inclusion and exclusion criteria. in general, three analytical themes challenging of  employment, to employers of graduates and technical and vocational university curriculum and six descriptive themes obstacles to employ graduates, infrastructural obstacles in higher education and employability skills, participation of employers and higher education and experiential learning, curriculum development and updating were extracted. this research showed that there is no relationship between the consequences of technical and vocational university curricula and the views of people who hire graduates. the relationship between the stakeholders is not cooperative and the balance between education and the job market is not established.
