واکاوی تجارب دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان درباره جنبه های کاهشی و افزایشی فناوری در آموزش الکترونیکی(مجازی) با رویکرد پساپدیدارشناسی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی ضعف ها و قوتهای آموزش الکترونیک در دانشگاه فرهنگیان و همچنین بررسی نحوه برداشت دانشجومعلمان از آموزش الکترونیک تحت تاثیر فناوری و تجربه آنها از استاد و تدریس می‌باشد. برای این منظور از روش پساپدیدارشناسی استفاده شده است؛ پساپدیدارشناسی به عنوان رویکردی است که به مطالعه روابط انسان و فناوری و تاثیرات فناوری بر انسان می پردازد. برای رسیدن به یافته‌ها از ابزار مصاحبه استفاده شده است؛ به این صورت که با تعداد 25 نفر از دانشجومعلمان در پردیس‌های 12 استان مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شده است و یافته‌ها بر اساس دیدگاه پساپدیدارشناسی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. نتایج نشان داد دانشجومعلمان آموزش مجازی را در برخی موارد مثبت تلقی می‌کنند از جمله به لحاظ انعطاف پذیری در زمان و مکان، صرفه جویی در وقت و هزینه، آشنایی بیشتر با فناوری و راحتی و آزادی بیشتر در کلاسهای مجازی. همچنین این نوع آموزش زمینه برخی رفتارهای نامطلوب را در دانشجویان فراهم کرده است. آنها همچنین به عواملی مانند ضعف زیرساختها از جمله سرعت اینترنت و مشکلات سامانه اشاره داشتند. آنها اعتقاد داشتند کلاسها خسته کننده بوده و امکان تمرکز و یادگیری مشکل بوده است و ارزشیابی معنای خود را از دست داده بود.

the experience of teacher training students on the reduction and amplification aspects of technology in e-learning (virtual) with a post-phenomenological approach

the purpose of this study is to investigate the amplification and reduction of elearning in teacher training university and also to examine the perception of studentteachers of elearning under the influence of technology and their experience of professors and teaching under the influence of technology. for this purpose, postphenomenological method has been applied. postphenomenology is defined an approach in the philosophy of technology that studies the relationship between human and technology and the effects of technology on human. regarding the data collection, interviews were used as the tool to reach the purpose; in this way, indepth semistructured interviews were conducted with 25 studentteachers in the university campuses from 12 provinces and the findings were analyzed based on a postphenomenological perspective. the results indicated that studentteachers consider elearning positive in some cases, including in terms of flexibility of time and place, saving time and money, more familiarity with technology and more comfort and freedom in virtual classes. also, this type of education has provided the ground for some undesirable behaviors in students. they also cited factors such as weak infrastructure, such as internet speeds and system problems. they believed that classes were boring and that it was difficult to concentrate on learning, and that assessment had lost its meaning.
