شناسایی مولفه های برنامه درسی مبتنی بر مهارت در آموزش عالی و ارائه یک مدل: مطالعه ای فراترکیب

آموزش های مهارتی یکی از ابعاد مهم توسعه پایدار به ویژه در توانمندسازی سرمایه انسانی است. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین مولفه‌های برنامه درسی مبتنی بر مهارت در آموزش عالی می باشد، این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب  هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و بارسو (2007) انجام شده است. بدین منظور ابتدا با هدف تعیین جهت گیری مطالعه، سوالات پژوهش تعیین و سپس به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات برای پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش، با بررسی منابع نوشتاری معتبر و مرتبط با برنامه‌های درسی مهارتی و مهارت ورزی، تعداد 87 منبع مرتبط شناسایی شد و از این تعداد، 22 منبع نوشتاری مرتبط، بر اساس معیارهای ارزیابی کیفیت، به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب و طی سه مرحله کدگذاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق 390 شاخص یا معرف در قالب کدهای باز، 26 مولفه در قالب کدهای محوری و 5 بُعد در قالب کدهای انتخابی از جمله الزامات فردی، الزامات مهارتی، الزامات محیطی، الزامات دانشگاهی و الزامات آموزشی و پژوهشی شناسایی شدند. از یافته های این پژوهش، می توان در سیاست گذاری های آموزش عالی در راستای بهبود برنامه های درسی مهارت ورزی در آموزش عالی استفاده کرد.

The components of the Curriculum based on Skills in Higher Education and Presenting a Model: A Metasynthesis

The aim of this study was to explain the components of the curriculum based on skills in higher education, with a qualitative approach, using a systematic review of previous studies and the sevenstep metacombination method of Sandlowski and Barso (2007). For this purpose, first with the aim of determining the direction of the study, research questions were determined and then in order to collect information to answer research questions, by reviewing valid scientific studies in the field of skills and job creation curricula, 87 related articles were identified. Overall 22 scientific articles were selected as the research corpus based on quality evaluation criteria, and they were analyzed during three coding steps. The two methods of quality assurance of kappa and cohen and sufficiency in theoretical foundations have been used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the research findings. Based on the research results, 390 open codes, 26 core codes and 5 selected codes including individual requirements, educational requirements, environmental requirements, university requirements and educational and research requirements were identified. The findings of this study could be applied in higher education policies to improve skills training curricula in higher education.
