چالشهای موجود در تعیین کیفیت یادگیری زبان فرانسه در نظام آموزش عالی ایران

چکیده
|
این مقاله وضعیت موجود اساتید زبان فرانسه، دانشجویان، منابع درسی و تاثیر محیط آموزشی این رشته را در ایران می سنجد و قصد پاسخ به این سوال را دارد که تعیین کیفیت یادگیری زبان فرانسه در ایران با چه چالشهایی رو به روست؟ و آیا شرایط یادگیری این زبان در ایران مطلوب است یا خیر؟ و آیا عوامل آموزشی در تعامل مطلوب هستند یا خیر؟ در نتیجه با روش توصیفی پیمایشی در این تحقیق کمیکیفی، با توجه به آمار سازمان سنجش در جذب دانشجو، پرسش از 50 دانشجوی دانشگاههای شهید بهشتی و علوم تحقیقات که 50 واحد درسی ر ا گذرانده اند ، فاکتورهایی چو ن منابع درسی، اساتید، انگیزه در یاد گیری متدهای آموزشی( به ویژه (reflets بررسی شدند. از 50 استاد در خصوص مشکلات آموزش زبان،آموزش ادبیات فرانسه وآموزش ترجمه پرسش شد. یافته های پژوهشی حاکی از این است که با چالش عدم شناخت دانشجو متناسب با منابع انسانی، منابع درسی و محیط آموزشی روبه رو هستیم و عوامل یادگیری(استاد، دانشجو، منبع درسی) با یکدیگر تعامل مناسب نداشته و این موضوع بر کیفیت یاد گیری تاثیر منفی دارد.

Challenges of Determining the Quality of French Learning in the Iranian Higher Education System

Abstract
|
This article examines the current status of teachers, students, and teaching resources of French language, and the impact of educational environment of this field in Iran, and seeks to find the challenges of determining the quality of French learning in Iran, the quality of French language learning conditions in Iran, and the interaction of French learning factors. Therefore, this quantitativequalitative research is based on student admission statistics and descriptive survey method. A total of 50 students from Science and Research, and Shahid Beheshti universities, answered research the questionnaires. The teaching resources, professors, motivation for learning, and teaching methods (especially reflets) were examined. 50 teachers answered questions about the problems of teaching French language, literature and translation. Research findings indicated that due to inappropriate student recruitment regarding human resources, teaching resources, and teaching environment there are challenges that consequently lead to the inappropriate interaction of teaching factors and negative learning quality.
