بازنگری و ارائه برنامه درسی پیشنهادی رشته علوم تربیتی در دوره کارشناسی ارشد (مورد مطالعه: گرایش مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزش عالی)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازنگری برنامه درسی رشته علوم تربیتی، (گرایش مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی) در دوره کارشناسی ارشد و ارائه برنامه درسی پیشنهادی برای این دوره، انجام شده است؛ روش این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی است؛ بدین منظور، حوزه ی مورد مطالعه ی این پژوهش، شامل اعضای هیات علمی رشته مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی در دانشگاه های شهید بهشتی، دانشگاه غیر انتفاعی علم و فرهنگ و موسسه پژوهش و برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی و دانش آموختگان این رشته در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی است؛ همچنین در این پژوهش، جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده از مصاحبه ها، از تحلیل کیفی مبتنی بر مقوله بندی استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش، آسیب های برنامه درسی موجود رشته علوم تربیتی(گرایش مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی) در سه گروه آسیب های رویکردی و اصولی برنامه درسی موجود، آسیب های برنامه درسی موجود در نسبت واحدهای درسی ضروری، اما غفلت شده و آسیب های واحدها و سرفصل های برنامه درسی موجود، تقسیم شده اند که هر کدام از این سه گروه، شامل مقوله های متعددی می باشند.  همچنین از طریق آسیب شناسی وضعیت موجود برنامه درسی و بررسی دیدگاه های اساتید، دانش آموختگان و صاحب نظران حوزه مدیریت و برنامه ریزی عالی در خصوص عناصر چهارگانه اصلی برنامه درسی(هدف، محتوا، فعالیت های یاددهییادگیری و روش های ارزشیابی)، برنامه درسی گرایش مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی در دوره کارشناسی ارشد، ارائه و پیشنهاد داده شده است.

Reviewing and Presenting the Proposed Curriculum in the Field of Educational Sciences in the Master’s Degree Course

The present study is conducted with the aim of reviewing the curriculum of the field of educational sciences (management and planning of higher education) in the master’s degree course and presenting the proposed curriculum for this course. The method of this research is qualitative and descriptiveanalytical; For this purpose, the study area of this research includes faculty members in the field of management and planning of higher education in Shahid Beheshti University, nonprofit University of Science and Culture and the Institute of Research and Planning of Higher Education and Science. The graduates of this field are in Shahid Beheshti University. In addition, the qualitative analysis based on categorization has been used in order to analyze the information obtained from the interviews. According to the results of the study, the existing curriculum drawbacks in the field of educational sciences could be categorized in three groups including drawbacks of present curriculum approach and principles; present curriculum drawbacks in proportion to necessary but neglected courses; and drawbacks of divisions and topics in the present curriculum. Also managementorientation curriculum and higher education planning in the master’s degree course are presented and proposed based on the pathology of the current situation of the curriculum and reviewing the views of professors, graduates and experts in the field of excellent management and planning regarding the four main elements of the curriculum (purpose, content, teachinglearning activities and assessment methods).
