طراحی الگوی اصلاح ساختار رویکرد میان‌رشته‌ای در حوزه علوم پایه در دانشگاهها با تاکید بر پایداری توسعه ملی:یک مطالعه داده بنیاد

هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگویی برای اصلاح ساختار رویکرد میان‌رشته‌ای در دانشگاهها با تاکید بر پایداری توسعه ملی است. روش پژوهش برخاسته از نظریه داده بنیاد برای تبیین و تحلیل یافته های حاصل از مصاحبه های اکتشافی بود.جامعه مورد مطالعه این پژوهش اساتید علوم پایه و اساتیدی بودند که در این زمینه صاحبنظر بودند. روش نمونه گیری نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی بود. ابزار گردآوری یافته ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته بود. در تحلیل یافته ها از تحلیل محتوا و احصاء مضامین در مراحل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده گردید. با استناد به ادبیات پژوهش و یافته های اکتشافی،اصلاح ساختار رویکرد میان‌رشته‌ای علوم به عنوان پدیده محوری،تحول در نقش دانشگاه ها، اهداف بنیادین، تدوین برنامه ها به ترتیب به عنوان شرط علی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله گر و سیاستگذاری در فرایندها و ساختار و الزامات مدیریتی به عنوان راهبرد شناخته شد. یافته ها نشان داد پیامد اصلاح ساختار دستیابی به همگرایی علم و فناوری است. براین اساس اتخاذ سیاستگذاری های ویژه در دانشگاهها و نهادهای مرتبط و توجه به پژوهش و آموزش میان‌رشته‌ای همراه با الزامات آن می تواند در اصلاح ساختار کمک های موثری نماید.

A Pattern for Structuring the Interdisciplinary Approach in Basic Sciences at Universities with an Emphasis on Sustainable National Development: A Fundamental Data Study

The purpose of this study is to design a model for reforming the structure of the interdisciplinary approach in the field of basic science at the university level, emphasizing the sustainability of national development. The research method was derived from grounded Theory for explaining and analyzing findings from exploratory interviews. The study population was the professors of basic sciences and professors who were wellknown in this field. The sampling method was a combination of purposeful sampling and snowball. The research tool included an open source interview. In the data analysis phase, the content analysis and counts of the themes were employed in open, axial and selective coding stages.Referring to the literature and exploration, reform of the structure of science education as a pivotal phenomenon, evolution of the role of universities, fundamental goals, formulation of programs, respectively as caustic condition, underlying conditions, conditions of intervention and policy in the processes and structure and management requirements were identified as a strategy. The findings indicated that the outcome of reform of the structure is achieving a convergence of science and technology. Therefore, the adoption of special policies with emphasis on national development in universities and related institutions and special attention to interdisciplinary research, along with its requirements could facilitate reforming the structure.
