پیش‌بینی خصوصیات لاشه با استفاده از فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی خون در مرغ بومی اصفهان

به‌منظور اندازه گیری برخی از فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی سرم خون در شرایط طبیعی و تعیین ارتباط آن ها با وزن بدن و اجزای لاشه و همچنین بررسی اثر جنس بر فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی خون در مرغ بومی اصفهان، آزمایشی با تعداد 200 قطعه جوجه یک روزه بومی انجام شد. جوجه ها به‌مدت 12 هفته در شرایط کاملاً یکسان، پرورش داده شدند. در پایان هفته دوازدهم بعد از اعمال شش ساعت گرسنگی، کشتار و وزن بدن و اجزای مختلف لاشه هر یک از جوجه ها اندازه گیری شد. غلظت کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، پروتئین کل، آلبومین، اسید اوریک، کلسیم، فسفر، مالون دی آلدئید، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا و گلوکز با استفاده از کیت های تجاری اندازه گیری شدند. مقدار گلوبولین از اختلاف پروتئین کل و آلبومین به‌دست آمد. نتایج نشان دادند که بیشترین همبستگی مثبت معنی دار (p<0/05) بین کلسترول با وزن بدن و وزن ران (0.21) و بالاترین همبستگی منفی معنی دار بین غلظت اسید اوریک و وزن کبد و بین کلسیم و وزن سینه (0.24) مشاهده شد. تجزیه رگرسیون خطی چندگانه نشان داد که می توان از فراسنجه های کلسترول، گلوبولین و فسفر برای پیش بینی وزن بدن و سینه و نیز از سطوح کلسترول و گلوبولین برای پیش بینی وزن لاشه و ران استفاده کرد. به‌علاوه بین دو جنس نر و ماده تفاوت معنی داری از نظر هیچ‌یک از فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی اندازه گیری‌شده، وجود نداشت. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش می توان از فراسنجه های خون برای پیش بینی برخی از خصوصیات لاشه در مرغ بومی اصفهان استفاده کرد.

Prediction of carcass characteristics using blood biochemical parameters in Isfahan native chicken

In order to measure some of the blood serum biochemical parameters in normal rearing conditions and determination of their relationship with body weight and carcass components and also the examination of sex effect on blood biochemical parameters in Isfahan native chicken, an experiment was conducted using 200 onedayold native chickens. The chicks were reared in completely identical conditions for 12 weeks. At the end of week 12 and after six hours of fasting, the chicks were slaughtered, and their body weight and various carcass components were measured. The cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, albumin, uric acid, calcium, phosphorus, malondialdehyde, high density lipoprotein and glucose concentrations were measured using commercial kits. The amount of globulin was calculated as the difference of total protein and albumin. The results showed that the highest significant positive correlation (P<0.05) was observed between cholesterol with body weight and thigh weight (0.21) and the highest significant negative correlation was observed between uric acid concentration and liver weight, and between calcium and breast weight (0.24). The multiple regression analysis showed that cholesterol, globulin and phosphorus parameters could be used to predict body and breast weights, as well as cholesterol and globulin levels for predicting of carcass and thigh weights. In addition, there was no significant difference between two sexes in any of the measured biochemical parameters. According to the results of this experiment, blood parameters could be used to predict some carcass characteristics in Isfahan native chicken.
