کاوشی تحلیلی و مقایسه‌ای بر انواع آزادی از دیدگاه اسلام و غرب

در این مقاله با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و به کمک اسناد نوشتاری، انواع آزادی از دیدگاه اسلام و غرب جهت افزایش اثربخشی و رشد بهره‌وری اخلاقی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. از نگاه اسلام، آزادی وسیله‌ای برای رسیدن به اهداف است و با مفهوم بی‌بندوباری و لاابالی‌گری که از خصلت‌های مذموم اخلاقی به‌شمار می‌روند فرق دارد. آزادی در نظام اجتماعی به‌ویژه جامعه دینی با رعایت حدود و مرزهای آن، فواید و آثار مهمی دارد. برای نیل به چنین آرمانی باید به‌طور دقیق انواع آزادی از نظر اسلام تحلیل و بررسی شود. پرسش پژوهش حاضر این است که با توجه به آموزه‌های اسلامی، انواع آزادی کدامند؟ تفاوت دیدگاه اسلام و غرب در مساله آزادی چیست؟ آزادی‌های غیرمشروع و غیرمعقول کدامند؟ در این مقاله، روشن شد که برای آزادی، انواع و تعاریف گوناگونی ارائه شده که هر یک از آن‌ها به بُعدی از ابعاد آن توجه دارد. از آن‌جا که انسان موجودی اجتماعی است، نمی‌تواند آزادی مطلق داشته باشد؛ بنابراین، همیشه آزادی، محدود به قیود و شرایطی خواهد بود و عقل، وحی و قانون از حدود کلی آن به‌شمار می‌روند. دین اسلام با ملاحظاتی که اساس آن‌ها را موافقت با مبانی دین تشکیل می‌دهد، آزادی اندیشه، بیان و سیاسی را پذیرفته و مورد تاکید قرار داده و ضمن تفکیک آزادی اندیشه از آزادی عقیده، و تاکید بر آزادی اندیشه و آزادی از تفتیش عقاید، آزادی عقیده را نمی‌پذیرد.
