کارکردهای نکاح موقت در سلامت اخلاقی جامعه

زواج‌المتعه یا ازدواج موقت ازدواجی است که مردی با زنی برای مدت معین ازدواج کرده باشد و نکاح دائم آن است که محدود به زمان معینی نباشد. فلسفه تشریع و کار کردهای نکاح موقت با عقد دائم متفاوت بوده و شارع حکیم به مقتضای طبیعت انسان و با توجه به ویژگیهایی که در نهاد بشریت به ودیعه نهاده است، به تبیین احکام این قسم از نکاح پرداخته است. لذا در نوشتار حاضر در پژوهشی توصیفی- تحلیلی، ضمن برشمردن کار کردهای نکاح موقت از قبیلسد کردن زنا‌، رفع نقص و مکمل دائم‌، تخفیف و ساده‌گیری، عدم پاسخ‌گویی نکاح دائم به تمایلات جنسی و... ،باتوجه به آیات و روایات استنادی چنین به نظر می رسد که این کار کردهای در گسترش و تشویق این نوع نکاح به عنوان یک راه حل در مسائل جنسی برای سلامت اخلاقی جامعه ی امروزی موثر تلقی شده است. معالوصف پژوهش مذکور، هر یک از این کار کردها را تشریح و پاسخ های نیز ارائه نموده است.

mut'ah or temporary marriage is a marriage in which a man has been married to a woman for a certain period of time, and permanent marriage is not limited to a certain period of time. the philosophy of legislation and the practices of temporary marriage are different from permanent marriage, and the wise shari'ah has explained the rules of this type of marriage according to the requirements of human nature and according to the characteristics that it has deposited in the institution of humanity. therefore, in the present article in a descriptive-analytical study, while enumerating the functions of temporary marriage, such as adultery, elimination of permanent defects and additions, reduction and simplification, non-response of permanent marriage to sexual desires, etc., according to such verses and citations it seems that this work has been considered effective in promoting and encouraging this type of marriage as a solution to sexual problems for the moral health of today's society. in addition to the above research, each of these works has been described and answers have been provided.
