جایگاه اصل عدالت در نظام اخلاق اجتماعی در قرآن کریم و روایات

دین مبین اسلام اخلاق محور است و به اخلاق فردی و اجتماعی توجه ویژه دارد، برای دستیابی به جامعه ای با اخلاق و مطلوب باید اخلاقیات مختلف اجتماعی نظیر اخلاق سیاسی، اخلاق اقتصادی و اخلاق همزیستی را بسان مجموعه‌ای به هم پیوسته و مرتبط بدانیم که از آن به نظام اخلاق اجتماعی یاد می کنیم. از سوی دیگر اصول و اهدافی برای چنین جامعه اخلاقی باید در نظر گرفته شود که با رعایت آنها امکان دستیابی به نظام اخلاق اجتماعی مطلوب اسلام فراهم گردد که از مهمترین این اصول، اصل والای عدالت اجتماعی است که در قرآن کریم هدف رسالت پیامبران الهی و از تاکیدات مهم و اساسی ذکر شده در آیات مختلف قرآن کریم است، در این تحقیق به تبیین جایگاه اصل مهم عدالت در نظام اخلاق اجتماعی و همچنین موانع تحقق آن از دیدگاه آیات و روایات می پردازیم.

the place of the principle of justice in the system of social ethics in the holy quran and hadiths

the religion of islam is morally oriented and pays special attention to individual and social ethics. in order to achieve a moral and desirable society, we must consider different social ethics such as political ethics, economic ethics and coexistence ethics as a coherent and related set that we call it the system of social ethics. on the other hand, principles and goals for such a moral society should be considered, by observing them, it will be possible to achieve the desired social moral system of islam. one of the most important of these principles is the high principle of social justice. the important and basic emphases mentioned in different verses of the holy quran, in this research we explain the position of the important principle of justice in the system of social ethics and also the obstacles to its realization from the perspective of verses and hadiths.
