واکاوی تداوم عناصر اندرزنامه نویسی سیاسی باستان در دوره قاجار

اندرزنامه‌های سیاسی اگرچه آثاری هستند که در زمینه سیاست و تاملات سیاسی در ایران و اسلام و با هدف توصیه رفتار مناسب در زندگی سیاسی و تاثیرگزاری بر رفتار سیاسی صاحبان قدرت به رشته تحریر درآمده است، اما این اندرزنامه ها به مباحث اخلاقی و اجتماعی نیز می پردازد. محور مباحث اندرزنامه‌نویسان سیاسی، ارائه چارچوب قدرت حاکم، حفظ و اصلاح آن است. اندرزنامه ها به تفاسیر و توجیهات خود مبتنى بر اصولى چون توامان بودن دین و سیاست، عدالت، اخلاق و دین، تجربیات پیشینیان و پند و حکمت قرار پرداخته اند. هدف اندرزنامه‌ها ارائه چگونگی رفتار مناسب در «کسب قدرت» و «حفظ قدرت» است. اندرزنامه‌های سیاسی به چگونگی کارکرد نظام سیاسی و تاثیر عوامل موجود در تولید و توزیع قدرت سیاسی می‌پردازند. یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد هدف عمده اندرزنامه های دوران قاجار یافتن راه حل هایی عملی است برای خارج کردن کشور و رعیت از وضعیتی که عموماً آن را اسفناک ارزیابی می کنند. از این منظر اندرزنامه های عصر قاجار تفاوت های زیادی با نوشته های پیشینیان دارند. از دلایلی که باعث شده رسائل عصر قاجار در زمره اندرزنامه نویسی جای داده شوند آن است که مخاطب بسیاری از آنها، همچون متون پیشینیان، اول شخص کشور است. مهمترین وجوه عنصر تداوم در سیاست نامه های قاجار مباحثی چون عدالت، تمرکز بر قدرت پادشاه، قانون، رابطه شاه و رعیت (مردم) و پیوند دین و سیاست می باشد.
