تحلیل فقهی – اخلاقی حق بر محیط ‌زیست سالم به عنوان یک حق انسانی

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر آسیب شناسی تربیت اخلاقی نشاط‎آور در مقطع اول متوسطه و ارائه الگوی مطلوب می باشد. کارکرد این بحران‌ها به گونه‎ای است که حتی در ابعاد وجودی انسان نیز رخنه کرده و هر روز بیشتر از قبل او را متحول و دگرگون کرده است. این بحران‏ها و چالش‎ها ارزش‎های دیروز را ضد ارزش امروز و ناهنجاری‏های دیروز را به هنجارهای امروز تبدیل کرده است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی نظری است. روش تجزیه تحلیل اطلاعات نیز بدین گونه است که با استفاده از منابع موجود به فیش برداری پرداخته و با چیدمان فیش‎های مرتبط با یکدیگر به ترتیب اولویت به اهداف مورد نظر پژوهش اشاره شده و تحلیل و بررسی در زمینه ارائه الگوی تربیت دینی نشاط آور انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که‏، هدف غایی تربیت اخلاقی نشاط آور رساندن نوجوان به زندگی شاد و با نشاط است.
