تطبیق آراء علامه طباطبایی و علامه مصباح یزدی درباره منشاء الزام و ارزش اخلاقی

عموم فیلسوفان اخلاق مسلمان، به اقتضای اطلاق و دوام شریعت اسلام و حجیت ابدی سیره و سنت حضرات معصومین (علیهم السلام) و نیز به اقتضای استدلال عقلی و ثبات فطرت انسانی و علی رغم تفاوت در روشِ تبیین، قائل به اطلاق ملاکات برای ارزش ها و هنجارهای اخلاقی شده اند. دو فیلسوف بزرگ اخلاق شیعی در دوره معاصر یعنی علامه طباطبایی و علامه مصباح یزدی در تبیین به ظاهر متفاوت از واقع گروی اخلاقی و اطلاق ملاکات اخلاقی، نظریه پردازی نموده اند؛ مقاله حاضر در پی اثبات این نکته است که این دو تبیین، مآلا به تبیین واحدی قابل ارجاع است. علامه طباطبائی (در تفسیر رایج از نظریه ایشان) ضروریات اخلاقی را از باب اعتباریات دانسته و ضرورت حقیقی و تکوینی بین عمل قوه فعاله و اثر عینی آن را ، مجازا (به معنای وحدت در معنا و تفاوت در مصداق) به ضرورت ذهنی و نفسانیِ حاصل از تصور غایت ذهنی تسری داده است اما علامه مصباح از باب ضرورت بالقیاس الی الغیر، به ضرورت الزامات اخلاقی رسیده است. می توان با اعتباری و ذهنی دانستن ضرورت بالقیاس و ارجاع آن به ضرورت بالغیر، این دو نظریه را، تعابیری متفاوت از یک حقیقت دانست. تحقیق پیش رو، به تبیین این مهم پرداخته است.

the general philosophers of muslim ethics, in accordance with the application and permanence of islamic law and the eternal authority of the tradition of the infallibles (pbuh) and also in accordance with rational reasoning and stability of human nature and despite the difference in the method of explanation, consider the criteria for values and they have become moral norms. two great philosophers of shiite ethics in the contemporary period, namely allameh tabatabai and allameh mesbah yazdi, have theorized in their seemingly different explanation of moral realism and the application of moral criteria; the present article seeks to prove that these two explanations can be referred to a single explanation.allameh tabatabai (in the common interpretation of his theory) considers moral necessity as a matter of credit and considers the real and developmental necessity between the action of the active force and its objective effect, figuratively (meaning unity in meaning and difference in instance) to the resulting mental and sensual necessity. it has spread from the idea of a mental end, but allameh mesbah has reached the necessity of moral requirements due to the necessity of comparison to others. by considering the necessity of comparative necessity and referring it to the necessity of others, these two theories can be considered as different interpretations of a truth. the present research has explained this important point.
